Amazing local carpet shop
Paul was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in my search for good value carpets as I updated my house. I have carpeted all through the house in a neutral carpet, that was excellent value for money. Carpet fitters were professional and did a super job. Receptionist always very helpful too. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.
Also got a fabulous chocolate brown king size headboard for £20.

Carpet and bed purchase

Very good service
Ryan was very helpful and had lots of knowledge about the diffrent types of carpets. It made out choice much easier. Will be going back again when we do another room. Jason was very good when he came out to measure. It was all very efficient and very good service

Amazing service
The staff here are very friendly and extremely helpful, we got our carpets sorted very quickly and even got a fitting date sorted with ease. They helped us to understand the finance options and talked us through it all.

Went to peruse and purchase Carpets at United Carpets in Rotherham after having been to Wilsons Carpets initially. Met Ryan, as our Sales person, and he was outstanding. His professionalism, honesty, and just his energy to try and make a Sale, really shone through for us. Fantastic experience so well-done Ryan! We will be back mostly because of your service levels. On the day of fitting, we found ourselves to be very lucky to have Mick and Team as our carpet fitters. A Superb job was done! And believe me I have seen the difference between NOT superb and superb. Well done Mick, and thank you for covering the pipe box as well – the extra mile is always appreciated. United Carpets gets 5 Stars and nothing less!

I came down to the shop and bought a…
I came down to the shop and bought a roll end cushion floor for my bathroom, when it was laid out to be fitted we noticed it was heavily marked in the middle, it was a black stain I manged to get some off it off, but you can still see it slightly, I didn't complain at the time because it was to near Christmas to mess about getting another one, I have never had anything wrong with United carpets, as we have always used them,
