The new floors and carpets were spot on. Due to delays because of circumstances out of my control I received a reduction in the overall price. They are friendly and answered any queries I had.

A range of options were explored in store which were on budget and requirements. The sales person pulled carpets out and underlay so we could see what they were like to walk on which clarified exactly what we wanted.

No hard sell needed
I have been meaning to leave a review for a while now, simply due to the experience I had at your Stockton on tees branch.
Instantly as we entered -the sales man noticed us and welcomed us, showed us the beds which met our criteria and left us to the rest. There was no hard sell, no deviation from what we ‘might want or need’
On completion of the sale the following day again, extremely pleasant and accommodating to all our logistical needs.
Rich is a credit to the team and I will certainly be a return customer!!

Excellent service. I needed a bed delivering within 2 weeks. They were true to their word and did it. Very pleased.The delivery guys even put it together for me.

Lads in the shop where brilliant especially Andy. Discussed and arranged pricing to adjust for me and not the company. Carpet and underlay is stunning in my new home. Carpet fitter done it on his own and was only a couple of hours and a lovely man. Highly recommended to anyone.

Excellent Service
I bought a double bed from this company a month ago and was really please with the service, Rich was professional, easy to talk to and listened
2 weeks later I went back as needed a suite, I'd seen one when I got the bed and was hoping it was still there, it was, a grey faux leather recliner 3 and a 2....again Rich was very professional and he knew the layout of my flat so he put me as ease when I tried to work out if it would fit...if they sold bedroom furniture I'd be there in a flash...Thanks Rich you made each delivery so easy

No bother helping us find the right bed and mattress
Spent time looking for a new Super king bed and mattress. Richie was patient and answered all our questions and helped us make the right choice. The bed came this morning and the lads (Lewis and his partner - sorry forgot his name) who delivered it were very professional and polite putting it together for us and ensuring everything was to our liking before leaving. Would definitely recommend this company and will use again
Carpet was delivered as agreed and fitted within the time scale we had been given. The fitters were polite and friendly.
We had to change the delivery date and fitting and this company waited patiently till we were able to get back with a more suitable date after we (the customer) postponed the original delivery and fitting date and still carried out a very good high customer service till the completed fitting.

Walked in and staff said hello then…
Walked in and staff said hello then left us alone whilst we looked for a carpet. Staff then came over after a few minutes and gave some good advice. Was nice and easy to book a fitting and price was fair.
