UC&B fitters contacted me the evening to before and asked could they turn up a certain time the following morning? Very polite. The fitters were at my home at the time mentioned. Very polite and professional. The job was done in less than a hour. The carpet looked lovely. Very impressed. So much so I'm going back to the store next year to sort out two further rooms Definitely recommended. :-)

I had vinyl flooring put down in…new
I had vinyl flooring put down in sitting room and kitchen and am very pleased with end result and they had stored some spare carpet from a previous fitting for couple of years and my daughter had it put down in bedroom and she is also very pleased- would recommend and use them again and have done many times before!

The staff at the Wrexham store are friendly and very helpful. I had cushion flooring fitted Tue 7thOct 2025, The lads who fitted it are spot on, Really pleased with the fitting. I would definitely recommend Wrexham United Carpets.

We weren’t told when making a purchase that the delivery time would be nearly a month later, This should have been told to us on the day of purchase. We were led to believe it was coming from the store. This needs to be addressed and explained.
