I have really enjoyed my time at universal skills my tutor Michael was very good at explaining everything and being there to support our class. Everyone who works at universal skills are friendly and are all willing to help I always felt someone was around to answer any questions and I felt as if everyone wanted to do to well overall great experience.

Very polite and made me feel welcome from day one. He never once judged me. Top man! The other trainers adam and mike cambell were just as good! Very good training center where I have done my gas and electric metering apprenticeship. The staff here are great with the teaching making everything very accessible and easy to learn. I had Mike Campbell as a tutor and he went above and beyond to make sure we all understood everything and everyone's opinion could be heard. Tutors Adam and Matt G had us for assessments and were very fair.
