My wife and I had to cancel our flights to Italy because of the coronavirus and our travel agent (Lana Treolar) helped us in getting all the process so simple without incurring In any stress.
We are very happy with the support received and will definitely rebook through Universal Travel again.

Jess Powell was A-mazing !
Jess was wonderful. Not only was she incredibly informative and listened to exactly what we were free she included personal touches and thing we hadn’t thought of.
There was no pressure and tonnes of support through the many questions I had.
Travelling with a family of six was daunting before Jess put my mind at ease! We can’t wait to get away as a family.

I put a similar request into another travel agency and am still waiting on certain information back,
I didnt get exactly what i wanted but her explanations and alternatives were great. Would recommend her to others.

Great service
When I walked in I was greeted straight away.
She was lovely and kind, asked good questions to help me book my honeymoon trip to Canada.
Any questions I had she answered them to a satisfactory level, and look forward to speaking to her soon once flights are released for next year.
