They have a sale on now that seems like a scam. You see an item; it clearly says 'sale' on it, but at checkout, it doesn't apply. Contacted them, and the lady was very rude.

white 4ft children’s rail for loft room
Bought a white 4ft children’s rail for our loft bedroom with a sloping ceiling. Much more attractive and substantial than our old cheap adjustable rail where the plastic joints split. I measured the room incorrectly and had ordered 2 so really appreciate the free returns. A good buy.

Robust and a good size covered my steel rails easily
Really well made,tough and easily covered my 6ft rail now in the attic of the cottage we moved to 3 months ago.
It's an industrial rail so didn't want anything that would tear as soon as you looked at it
