I was searching for a new place to rent in Manchester having gotten a job in the city. I reached out to urbanbubble and immediately got loads of potential apartments sent to me the very next day by Johanne, I requested a viewing and got that sorted as soon as I was available. Alessandra met me at the property and did an amazing job showing me the potential listings. I'm very satisfied with how prompt the whole process was and how Johanne and Alessandra handled it all.
I'd highly recommend urbanbubble if you're looking to lease a property through them given my very good experience with them

Really positive experience with the Urban Bubble team. Alessandra, Johanne, and Dora all played a part in securing my property quickly and even negotiated my rent down from £1,150 to £1,085. Communication throughout was great, and Dora came in on a Saturday for my move-in day & when I ran into an issue out of hours, the team picked up and sorted it. Couldn't ask for more from the people side of things. 4 stars.

I have to say this is the fastest we have ever made the holding deposit to rent a property. Both me and my partner asked a lot of questions and had some trouble uploading the documents but Alessandra guided us by patiently answering all of our questions and finding out about the documents that we could upload to finish the process. Avoid at all costs. They tell you they are getting quotes on jobs that need doing but they never get done, yet they still charge us for something. A couple of apartments have damp and they aren’t doing nothing about it even though it states it causing health problems. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Hi am writing about how poor and how bad Urbanbubble are. The organisations policy on having Great Customer Relationships is very poor. I live on a site that has been run by Urbanbubble for many years Briarfield Court Withington Manchester. They do not have a Plan on anything they just rip off its Stakeholders (Leaseholders) by doing as little or no Maintence on the site. The only area they say the maintain is the Roofs as we all know this is the easiest way of having no Transparency. They hardly ever use the Building Isurance for storm Damage, but charge us thousands of pounds for what. The organisation is run by Michael Howard who has no care an example there is a problem with the Damp on the Ground Floor Plots and it’s so important for Property Management companies like Urban Bubble to rectify this issue ASAP and to be concerned with this issue. They have had an in-depth investigation by a company who have carried out a detailed Report Urbanbubble have sat on this report with no care about its so called residents or its Stakeholders who are paying for a very Poor Service they are only interested in getting the money at all costs. Do not use Urbanbubble they are Rubbish. We have got rid of bad service and we would not recommend using Urbanbubble ever again.
