Worst experience ever after 3 days I raised complaint for solution and custumer support team ko custumer handel karne ki akal hi nahi hai jo service li pure paise waste wax karwayi aisa lag rha karwayi hi nahi hair kuch tut gaye or kuch waise hi hain

The professional assigned called 2 time within a span of 2 seconds did not even reach the society and cancelled saying customer was not responding!! To add to the woes no one picked up the call and the help tab on the app closes the chat even without understanding the issue!!!Really bad experience. They stone wall you. Also deducted the cancelation of Rs 200!!

BOOKED AC SERVICES AND PAID 3189.00 ON 10 SEPTEMBER 2026, NO INE TURNED UP FOR SERVICE AND GOT ORDER CANCELLED. SO FAR NO REFUND RECIEVED BUT GETTING MESSAGE THAT I WAS REFUNDED IN MARCH 2026 ITSELF AGAINST MY PAYMENT I. SEPTEMBER 2026 I,E REFUNDED SIX MOYNHS BEFOR I AACTUALLY HAVE PAID.

TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY . CANNOT MAKE CALL OR COMPLAINT. I AM DUPED BY THIS COMPANY

Ibooked deep washroom cleaning service. It was a good experience I thought.....
but later I realised that all my bathroom fittings' crome polish is gone due to the acid the professional used.
All the bathroom fittings have lost its shine.
Even after 6 hrs of service, the smell of the acid was still there in the house. In addition to that the very next day the taps started leaking which means they got damaged due to the poor quality product.
I had paid 1490/- to the company and the UC paid back 2500/- as compensation but neither replacement nor crome polish can be done in just 1000/-.
Now I get only one response.....no further action can be taken......

Its a scam… charging cancellation charges…. No one came for the service… and said they called and no one picked the call..

Booked for a washing machine service and advance amount paid of Rs.250. Agent called only once, cancelled the call and left stating customer not reachable. Cancellation amount of 200 was deducted which is not fair. There is no customer care service to report on this and in chat there is no proper response.. Very very worst behaviour

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Urban Company over the last 24 hours.

Yesterday, I had a cleaner booked who cancelled around an hour before she was due to arrive. Urban Company then assigned another cleaner, who I contacted in advance to explain exactly what needed to be done. She acknowledged my message and confirmed the booking, only to cancel around 10 minutes before she was due to arrive.

This morning, I had another cleaner booked, who cancelled when she actually arrived at my villa as she saw I had a dog and said she had allergies. I have now been assigned a fourth cleaner, who is due to arrive at 10:00am, and I am not confident she will turn up.

This is completely unacceptable. I have made arrangements around these bookings and have now wasted a significant amount of time repeatedly communicating instructions, waiting for cleaners and rearranging my day, only for the bookings to be cancelled at the last minute.

I use Urban Company regularly and expect a reliable service - which on the whole, when someone actually turns up, they do a good job. Four cleaners being assigned within such a short period, with three cancellations — including one at the point of arrival — is simply not acceptable.

UC would reschedule service at last minute over a wspp message, without any audible notifications..

Very bad customer service managing complains. I lodge a complain on the helper who causes scratches on my toilet bowl. The agent said I could submit the quotation to them for full refund. As it took a while for me to get quotation for the fixes, they mention will close the ticket and I could re open again once I got the quotation.

But after I got the quotation , the agents said could not find the history log ! Ridiculous! Then one agent finally said can find but they couldn’t honoured the full refund for the fixes! Only do partial refund for the services fee. Super disappointed and unhappy with the service and agony caused ! Gonna condemn them.

Booked under UC for maid services under InstaHelp. They cancelled and then booked another help . They cancelled again abruptly without any notice. Charged me 50/- cancellation fee . NO customer support ,no proper chat support. Only AI chatbots which are useless.
Poor experience with UC

they are like thief , their technician make the appliance useless while service and then charge again. they sell parts at 3 times rate.

Since the time urban company has started instagold. Their service has completely deteriorated. The staff sent is untrained, unprofessional and forces the customer to cancel the booking. Some of them seem to be making the same excuse( mera phone toot gaya hai, mai location nahin dhoond sakti) for not coming if they get assigned to you again. The ones who come these days don't know the work and I believe Urban company is training them on the job expecting the paying customer to teach them basics of cleaning.

I completely stopped using them for electronics repair.. When I called for an Fridge problem, the guy said I have to replace condensor for 11K. Another local guy came and replace a rs.300 capacitor. For just a fuse change, one other guy or the same fridge said has to replace mother board. Same with my washing machine. I only use UC for bathroom cleaning

Such poor services are provided by urban clap. After payment of spa , they rescheduled the booking 3 times saying product is not available.okcectue money in their hands , all is under their control. If you say something, they will simply say, money will be refunded in 5 or 6 working days.

I am quite disappointed. My AC has started throwing water again just a few days after the service. it has not even been a month. I genuinely hope Urban Company looks into this and supports a long term customer. Mob: 8884937709

I had a very disappointing experience with UrbanClap. The service felt misleading, and my expectations were not met at all. The booking and customer support process was frustrating, and I felt poorly handled throughout. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before using this company.

Absolute waste of money... My wife booked for a pedicure for herself and the service was supposed to be 1hour and 40 minutes. The service provider came 20 minutes late and completed the work in 40 minutes. The foot massage time was less than 20 minutes and the overall service was '0' out of 100.

Very disappointing experience with Urban Company.
Our AC was not repaired even after replacing the cooling coil for ₹6,500, gas charging of ₹3,000, multiple technician visits and even a senior engineer visit. The AC still doesn’t work properly, and the outdoor unit developed noise after their visit.
What is more disappointing is that their own job quote shows “Warranty claimed on Aug 19 – Free revisit if issues persist”, but later their support team simply said the warranty had expired. Aand our warranty ends on November 5 ,2026
They refunded only ₹3,000 and refused to refund the ₹6,500 cooling coil amount, even though the repair for which it was replaced was unsuccessful.
Paid ₹9,959 and still have a faulty AC. Extremely poor service and customer support.

In my hair straightening process they have ruined my hair completely they just kept putting serum to make it shiny and straight and I am soo annoyed and pissed and never recommend this to anyone at all. Destroyed my function never recommend this to anyone

Pathetic services. Whom they called professional are actually worst then road side providing same services. Its had been almost more then 15 days assigned person took motherboard of my washing machine for repairing but still didn't turned up.
