Don't waste your time and energy. They don't have a phone number, a clumsy website form to complete and then zero responses to emails.
Don't sign up for this service. I specified I was a male in my mid-sixties and needed business casual. I signed up for the 3-month order offer. My first order was a Henley shirt and a pair of baggy jeans that were way too big. I kept the Henely but requested an exchange for the jeans. They shipped me a pair of too-small black chinos that I now need to return for something that might fit me. My next order was a huge baggy hoodie and a nice shacket. Again, I requested an exchange for the hoodie 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything. I've contacted the customer service email to see if I can get any resolution, and heard nothing. This is not a very reliable service. Nor have they sent me anything business casual.
This has got to be one of the worst retail experiences I have ever had. They literally domt deliver what they promise and, in my case they took my money and just stop delivering the clothing. In other words they robbed me.
These people took my money, and never sent a order. I cant get a hold of anyone and the have $99 of mine. Do not get scammed by this AS*holes.
I signed up for a subscription. Got my first box which was $99. I got a pajama set that was horrible! I have been trying to contact them with no response. I also can't get into my account for some reason to cancel. If you value your money.. dont sign up! I'm calling my credit card next to make a dispute

I strongly warn anyone considering Urbanebox — do NOT waste your money. This has been one of the most frustrating subscription services I’ve ever used.
They repeatedly got the style and sizes completely wrong, even after we gave them clear feedback and sizing info. We gave them multiple chances to fix it — and sent several messages and even photos — but they refused to take responsibility or offer a refund.
Instead of owning their mistake, they gave us the runaround, had us pay to return all the items, and refused to reimburse or refund us. This is not personalized styling — it’s a cash grab.
Bottom line: Poor customer service, no accountability, no refunds, and terrible execution. You’re better off picking clothes blindfolded at a clearance rack. Steer clear of Urbanebox.

I signed up for what I thought was a one-time clothing subscription, but I was charged again after the initial period ended without any clear notice. When I reached out to customer service, they wouldn't let me return the new shipment, even though I didn't want it. The quality of the clothes was all over the place. Some pieces were decent, but others felt cheap or poorly sized. Overall, it wasn’t worth the hassle. I’d suggest looking elsewhere for a service with better policies and support.
I like the two pieces they sent... Clearly their stylist reviewed and listened to the information I had provided as far as what I was looking for. Definitely going to stay subscribed
I really have loved the outfits, out of my comfort zone, but super cute, and fit me well, which is rare.
2 boxes so, they sent me a size smaller than I had in my profile. I went in to request an exchange 3 times, all 3 said they would review and send me an email with a ups label. I never redirected a label. Last box I got also had pants that were too small... and the same blouse in the same size they sent me the month before. It's like someone is walking through Marshall's and throwing whatever they run into in a box. Pathetic. No intention or response whatsoever.

Buyer beware
I have had to return 2 out of 3 boxes because they are so out of date and seasonally inappropriate even though I sent specific details of what I was looking for in an email after my first box because it missed the mark so horribly. They also charge you $25 for returns which is wild
Honestly what this seems like is someone buys clothes in bulk from seasons ago for super cheap and then sends them out labeling them as luxury items.
Edit: they did email me back and told me I was not allowed to exchange my box due to my 3 box subscription being over. I received my last box on 5/30 and request the return 6/1 so I guess I’m just stuck with these awful clothes. I have sent multiple emails asking why I cannot return my last box when I requested a return within 48 hours of receiving it and they have no responded so looks like I’m out of luck. Out of 3 boxes I received one wearable shirt, the rest are so out of style and so ugly.

This is the only clothing subscription for women I've found that isn't a try-on/return/rent deal, it's just a straightforward "we send you new clothes that fit, the price is reasonable, you keep them, life is good". It's a nice mix of tops, bottoms, and dresses, in a variety of colors and patterns, and everything has fit me and been work appropriate! I'm very grateful for this subscription.
I've used several other clothing subscription companies before using Urbane Box, but I found that UB suited my needs much better. Their quality and style was much better than others I had tried. Their customer service was excellent and they stand behind their product. Would highly recommended to anyone who likes to dress nice, stand out with clothing nobody else is wearing and enjoy the time saving of not having to go shopping for clothes !!
The ease of access to the clothes is nice — however the variety of items could be better. We’ve gotten lots of shirts but one pair of pants in 6 or 7 months.

The clothing selections are random and often very inappropriate for both age, season, and general trends in fashion. We weren’t looking for anything crazy upscale but sending us a wool coat in March, or (ugly) polyester pants (that aren’t the right size) mid summer in a sub-tropical climate is ridiculous.
We’ve had to exchange 60% of what has been sent. At a cost of $15 per box.
My box comes on time every month and is always
an appreciated suprise.
I like the options of clothing and would only suggest going up one size from you normal.
WOW what a scam this is!!! I went for the $99 slightly upscale version. My first box was a top and pants. Both were quite nice. Even had tags and prices (making sure I knew I got a deal, I assume).
Second box was icky: top, jacket, full-on plastic-feeling polyester. And a bracelet. Off market brand, no pricing.
I requested a return ($25 for the pleasure of being scammed) but did not get any response within their 48 hour promised response time. I sent email to theother address, but have yet to hear back.
I expect I won't hear from them so I will report it as fraud
Edit: shortly after they posted their reply I got an email with a return link. The quality is as I reported. I accidentally used an old email address when posting this, but I am not making it up.
