The rings are very pretty and we wore them for about half a year when we saw an issue with both of our rings. Both left a red ring around our fingers and it has dried out our skin. I took off the ring a week ago and my skin is still flaking off and it is still very red. It did ship quickly, even with the engraving the box came with. The box was pretty and included a silver cleaning cloth. But because of the redness (something I have never experienced with any of the sterling I've ever worn before) it is not a product that I would ever wear again or recommend to others.

They sent us the wrong ring on purpose and then offered us $8 dollars as a refund for a $70 ring! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!

I lost words when I got my pair rings for me and my partner. They are so pretty. This came in 10days and was pretty quick than I expected! I’ll for sure recommend these rings they are just so pretty and shiny. Thank you urcouple for these amazing rings!

Extremely disappointing ordered the rings around the 7th of December and payed for a quicker delivery which said would be around 3-7 days I believe ended up taking 12 days and arriving 19th I messaged them about it and they said I would get half of the money back that I spent on the faster delivery after I received the rings when I did get them I emailed them back and no reply and no money back now on the 14th of January one of the rings have snapped it was an adjustable ring and without much force snapped in half terrible rings and terrible customer service would not recommend

They were very patient with me and helped me through a getting my package after I didn't put the complete address.

I’m truly disappointed. I order a couple promise rings all for it to show up nothing like what they said on their website. It was a black men’s ring and a silver women’s ring- there was a coating in it that should not have been there. I asked for a refund but they offered to replace it with the same or different ones. I requested the same ones but here is the kicker. They asked me to pay for shipping when I already paid too much for the rings to spend any more additional costs. I let them know that as well as if they can not refund me or send me the rings I would like without having to pay more I do not want it; and that it is unfair to ask me to pay more. They never got back to me. I will never buy from them again.

The shipping time is much faster than expected, and the necklace looks better than the pictures on the website. The chain is also silver, hope it won’t turn green.
