First I would not have given one star if I could. Second the video shown was for an embroidered hat. What I received was a screen printed hat. I to should have done more research on this company. They are not American made products. This company in my opinion is fraudulent in their advertisement.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I placed an order middle of September, the last shipment update I got was on 10/11/2025. I’ve emailed asking for additional updates and they responded once apologizing that the carrier can sometimes have delays and communication issues. Now we’re at the end of January and I’ve given up hope that I’m getting my order. Emailed them to cancel my order but fully expecting to dispute this. Mad at myself for not researching the company first.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Never received my Charlie Kirk shirts as they were delivered to the wrong address, which the Post Office indicated wasn't my address on the label of the package. They wouldn't resend me shirts and because it took so long for them to ship and for me to research why I didn't get them, the time frame has past to file a claim on my cc.

I ordered two things for Christmas that had to do with the military backlash US Navy 250th anniversary. Only one item arrived, and as it was pictured The gift for my husband arrived, and it was too small, even though it was supposed to be a large and it looked nothing like what I ordered Absolutely nothing I contacted the company. They gave me a 30% discount on something else. So we ordered a beautiful looking sweatshirt. It was made of sweatshirt material, and it had sewn in patches on the elbows Just very nice overall When it arrived, it was worse than the first thing that came it was made with some cheap lightweight material, was not a sweatshirt by any means, the patches on the elbows were painted on and the size was about a 3XX. Since the first item was a large, I ordered an XL for this one. These people have no idea what they’re doing. Everything comes from somewhere in China. Don’t waste your money on this company.

This company claims that it is veterans affiliated but everything comes from China 🇨🇳, the service is horrible, ordered 4 hats over a month ago for Christmas gifts, received 1 hat a week after Christmas and have yet to receive my 3 other hats, I will never purchase from them again.

First I put my order in in November just received my order today January 4, 2025. Product was made very cheap hat was stretched. Material was not made out of cotton made out of some cheap material. Do not order from this company inside of the shirt and the hat it says made in China horrible.

The company is requesting pay for items i have not received. I sent the receipt like I was asked. And still
Nothing. I'm paying through Affirm. I'm REQUESTING THAT MY FUNDS BE PUT BACK ON MY CARD PLEASE. THIS IS SO SAD. WE VETERANS ARE ON A SET INCOME.

I would give less than 1 star if I could! Took over 20 days in transit. I found the company thru FACEBOOK nothing stated it was from CHINA. Now when I asked for the product I ordered i get threats! This is NOT a veteran owned USA company and is a disgrace to use "veterans" as a way to push their crap!!

I would give zero stars if I could, this place is a huge scam. It took a month and a half for my tracking number to say delivered and I never received my order that I paid for when I contacted the company about this issue. All they had to see what it was delivered and Too bad so sad. Whatever you do not order from this company huge scammers. I am in dispute with my credit card about this issue.

Nothing but a SCAM.... I'm So disgusted ! I've been waiting 2 or more months... 1st they said wrong tracking # " due to system glitch" then tried to convince me to " check behind bushes , and any other possible " hiding spaces" ... really... what does one need to take these $#$ down....

This is NOT a USA Veterans store. This company is from CHINA. The merchandise is NOT as pictured. It is shoddy and cheap and nothing like the picture. DON"T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Do NOT by anything from this company! None of their products are as advertised. Despite stating they are made in the USA and ship from Florida, they are made and shipped from China. The hoodie I ordered was NOT as pictured. It was poor cheap quality material. The images were ironed-on and blurry. The flag badge that was sewn on in the photo was a cheap blurry iron-on decal. When I requested a returned of the $55 hoodie they offered to refund me $5!!! I have been arguing with them for two months now. They do not speak English and it’s impossible to return anything despite their claimed 100% guarantee. This company is a complete SCAM!!

I ordered 2 sweatshirts and a shirt in the middle of September. Still have not received the items I ordered. I used PayPal so I opened a claim with them. They sided with the seller even though their tracking showed it as delivered in a totally different town. Went to my post office and they said it was not a valid tracking number. I’ve still been trying to get a refund but I will probably never see my money again. Thought I was supporting veterans as my Dad and husband are veterans. Such a scam! Lesson learned, do not order anything advertised on FB!

If I could get a 0 Star I would. This is the worst company to deal with. Their products are made in CHINA, even though they say US VETERAN SHOP! They do not stand behind their products, stating that you have ordered incorrectly, then you have to pay for shipping and they will only offer 10% back. They do not stand behind the delivery. I still have not received an item that they said they delivered. They sent a picture of the door they delivered to, wrong place and no address given so I can retrieve it and will not refund my money!! DO NOT ORDER ANY OF THEIR CHEAP CHINA MADE SHIT!

Ordered 2 shirts in sept 2025. Tracking made it look like it was coming From China not the USA. The last tracking said it was in Ashville. Then said it was delivered! I am in Florida! Contacted them by email support to only get an automated response that I need to follow up with the postal service. Such bad service. Thieves!

TOTALLY false advertising! NOT made by USA Veterans! NOT even made in USA. VERY cheaply made and absolute zero tags in the shirts! The pictures show items totally different than what you get. Products shipped from China, through Ireland and took almost 6 weeks! Items were sold as able to arrive to me by October 14th. Did not arrive until November 4th! NOT worth $2.00, much less the $60+ that I spent. Lesson learned. They can claim anything to get your money. What a ripoff! They should be banned from being able to even advertise in the US!

Ordered September 22, 2025, never received. When I attempted contact support I received the same automated response, order on the way. It's been over a month with expedited shipping. DO NOT ORDER. contacted credit card company to dispute.

This company is a Total Scam!!!!
I Am a veteran that's why I ordered from this company, thinking I was supporting other Veterans... Not! My order originated and came from Nancheng, China. I took a screenshot of the complete tracking cycle.
Absolutely Pisses me off that they are using the cover of USA Veterans! BS is what I call it! As for the shirt ... Screenshot garbage.. 🤬

I would give this company negative stars if I could I bought two shirts and spent way too much for them. It took over a month to get item. Item was Super small. I would highly recommend not ordering from them. I reached out and they wanted to offer me 4 dollars for my trouble. After repeat emails they got up to 9 dollars for refund I think I spent close to 75$ on two shirts. They also said I would have to return it to China and it would be too expensive for me to send it back.
