Management has no clue what customer service means!
Very poor experience ordering from USP Motorsports. I ordered from USP Motorsports for three reasons: 1) Inventory showing Available; 2) Competitive pricing; 3) Orders shipping same day. Before placing the order, I chatted with an agent. It took a long time to get someone on the chat line so this should have given me a clue. I was told the products are all available and they would ship the same day with transit times between 2 to 5 days max. With that in mind, I placed two orders, close to $900. Parts of the orders arrived in a few days so I was impressed. However, the rest took 10+ days. After going through the pain of chatting several times, each time taking nearly 45 minutes to get someone to help, I was told a couple of the products were unavailable and ended-up getting shipped from a different warehouse. Anyway, that delay in shipping, impacted my schedule very negatively, and my tech had to procure the missing products locally at a higher price. The "management", which I was advised to speak to and left a message for them to do exactly that, never called or contacted me in any other form. To top things off, several items (screws, seals, etc.) actually were missing from the boxes delivered and three fluid containers had previously been opened. I contacted USP again both via email and chat (and emails are mostly ignored, FYI), and was finally told to file a police report to get a refund! That is a very ridiculous suggestion since nothing was stolen (they said a box might have been stolen from my yard and they warehouse shows all products shipped in 5 boxes - ridiculous excuse) and it is apparently their way of getting out of the responsibility of providing a refund for the missing items. Anyway, the situation is ongoing but I wanted to make sure others are aware that this is a very unorganized, unethical, and unprofessional organization. STAY AWAY!
