Management has no clue what customer service means!

Very poor experience ordering from USP Motorsports. I ordered from USP Motorsports for three reasons: 1) Inventory showing Available; 2) Competitive pricing; 3) Orders shipping same day. Before placing the order, I chatted with an agent. It took a long time to get someone on the chat line so this should have given me a clue. I was told the products are all available and they would ship the same day with transit times between 2 to 5 days max. With that in mind, I placed two orders, close to $900. Parts of the orders arrived in a few days so I was impressed. However, the rest took 10+ days. After going through the pain of chatting several times, each time taking nearly 45 minutes to get someone to help, I was told a couple of the products were unavailable and ended-up getting shipped from a different warehouse. Anyway, that delay in shipping, impacted my schedule very negatively, and my tech had to procure the missing products locally at a higher price. The "management", which I was advised to speak to and left a message for them to do exactly that, never called or contacted me in any other form. To top things off, several items (screws, seals, etc.) actually were missing from the boxes delivered and three fluid containers had previously been opened. I contacted USP again both via email and chat (and emails are mostly ignored, FYI), and was finally told to file a police report to get a refund! That is a very ridiculous suggestion since nothing was stolen (they said a box might have been stolen from my yard and they warehouse shows all products shipped in 5 boxes - ridiculous excuse) and it is apparently their way of getting out of the responsibility of providing a refund for the missing items. Anyway, the situation is ongoing but I wanted to make sure others are aware that this is a very unorganized, unethical, and unprofessional organization. STAY AWAY!

I had a frustrating experience ordering…

I had a frustrating experience ordering from USP Motorsports.

When I placed my order, the product page stated the item would ship on **February 27, 2026**. Based on that information, I expected the order to ship around that date. However, after that date passed, I received no updates from the company.

After struggling to get in contact with customer service, I was eventually told that the item will now ship on **March 28, 2026** instead. This means the total wait time for the product will be **over two months**, which is far longer than what was originally indicated when I placed the order.

The biggest issue for me was the **lack of communication and difficulty reaching support**. If the shipping date had changed, it would have been helpful to receive a proactive update rather than having to chase down information.

I understand delays can happen, but accurate shipping estimates and clear communication are important when customers are deciding where to order from.

Beware with them ripping costumers

I ordered 3 parts for my BMW in November exactly one month later the parts did not arrive after having spoken with them, they did not give me any idea when they were going to send me the parts. After a month I cancel the order I had no problem canceling. I asked for my money back, they said okay. 2 months passed and I did not receive my refund, I had to call PayPal to resolve this problem, after speaking with PayPal I had my refund. I don't recommend to no one do business with them I believe they ripping costumers.

Good prices zero customer support

Good prices , extremely bad customer support, actually there is no customer support at all! Nobody will reply to any question , I made couple of orders , all beeing late, also last one i payed almost $50 for 2 day delivery and still was sent in 5 day's

Me han ROBADO-ESTAFADO

Hice un pedido de más de $2.000 y no me enviaron un radiador de agua, pero si me enviaron otros artículos que no pedí, tres piezas que en conjunto al montarlas se quedan en una sola pieza, después de muchos correos, solo me han contestado a uno, no me han dado ninguna solución, he perdido $1.300, mejor dicho me han robado $1.300
El mayor problema que vivo en España.

in my personal experience I would NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered 3 things on Nov 20 of 2025 it is now January 3rd of 2026 and I only have one part. I made 2 tickets the first one I was told the parts are on back order but when I go to another website like urotuning they say it will be shipped in a week. The second ticket I made to cancel the parts to get my money back and that has not been responded to. Also the tracking numbers don't work?? this seems to be a common issue with this company I bought parts on here because it was a little cheaper big mistake. spend the extra money on a good company like urotuning and get your parts fast.

Bad customer service purchase a product and got no answers on a problem i had at checkout i had to beg almost for a reply and when they did Diego Hurtado no solution to a problem o there and long time customer lost use to be a good place to shop not no more

Misleading Fitment and Unfair Return Policy – Buy with Caution

USP Motorsports sells car parts, but be warned—their return and refund policy is extremely strict. According to their website, all returns are subject to a mandatory 20% restocking fee, regardless of whether the business is open or not. They do not provide return labels, and if you choose to use theirs, they will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund in addition to the 20% fee. Even worse, their website falsely claims certain parts are compatible with specific vehicles when they are not. Despite the incorrect fitment, they refuse to accept full returns. This feels like a scam—misleading fitment information and a no-exception return policy make for a frustrating and costly experience.

Bad business and customer service

I ordered a part on December 30 and paid an extra $102 for same-day overnight shipping. Customer service later informed me that the part would arrive on the 10th and ship out on the 13th. I received no updates, and when I called on the 14th, the representative asked if I wanted to cancel. Terrible experience—I'll never buy from them again.

The reason why I give this company 5…

The reason why I give this company 5 stars is due to their great customer service and competitive prices. Below is why I say that:

I ordered a transmission filter housing from them and it got stuck at a USPS processing center. I needed it before a scheduled service I had for my wife's 2015 Golf R. I wanted it installed during the service. I inquired about the order because when I contacted USPS about it they said to contact the merchant.

When I reached out to USP, I spoke with Diego and he was easy to talk to about it. He said that he understood the problem and that it happened with another one of their orders. I told him that I was going to have to order a different one directly from the manufacture to get it on time for my service appointment. He replied and told me that me doing that was understandable and to contact him if I don't get the order so I can get a refund, or if I do get it after I receive the other one, to let him know as well.

The latter ended up happening. So I needed to return the one I ordered from them. When I reached out to him, he issued a RMA slip and a shipping label for me to send it back to them. That is the difference between USP Motorsports and ECS Tuning.

When I accidentally ordered two products from ECS Tuning, I immediately called in to request cancellation a hour later and the ECS Tuning representative told me it was too late it had already been sent to the shipping department. I then ended up receiving two Turbo Inlet Pipes. When I went to return one, ECS Tuning made me pay for the shipping.

I recently placed another order with USP for an intercooler and a piping kit. I accidentally didn't complete payment through the PayPal portal and forgot that I never paid for the order. So the order went through but the payment didn't.

I tried to reopen the order from my USP account portal but it wouldn't let me. So I went and added both the intercooler and piping kit to my cart and tried to place the order again, but then I saw that the prices had increased for both items. I then emailed Diego and told him about my issue with the order and that I tried to re-order the same items but the prices had increased and I would like to still place the order but would like the prices for the products back when I initially placed the order.

Diego said that was totally fine and sent me an invoice with a payment link with the old pricing. I paid for the order and was good to go.

That is the type of company USP is. They care about their customers and will accommodate them. For one of my first orders with them, I asked Diego for a USP Motorsports license plate frame and they put one in the order for me. Filipe was also very accommodating when I spoke on the phone with him.

If you want to purchase performance parts online, I would recommend USP over ECS as they actually care about making you happy. Not to mention respond to you the same day.

Shop elsewhere

I’m done shopping at USP. Their checkout (bolt) is trash, and they’re terrible at managing their orders. I’ve had issues with 3 out my last 4 orders where items quoted as in stock ready to ship take days and days…or they never ship at all. No communication either. I would take your business elsewhere, I’ll be doing the same.
