Before I could approve the total with shipping, I unwittingly purchased the product.....there was no confirmation page as most online orders have. Then tried to cancel as soon as I realized the total, 'nope, sorry already had been shipped in less than 30 mins. Did a dispute with PayPal, realized it indeed hadn't been shipped until days later. The company said if I removed the dispute they would discount the item and shipping. When I provided proof of the removal of my dispute, they sent me a 'sorry youre not happy with the product, here's how to return it, but youll have to pay for shipping'. This is the biggest scam Ive ever experienced.....and no, the zapper isnt effective.

We bought 4 bottles. They are impossible to clean and brown slime accumulates inside on the stainless steel. I would NOT buy this product it is un-cleanable.
I contacted UV Brite customer service team and did not get any satisfaction, they are going in the garbage.

I bought two of these abd use one of them more often. The lid on that one now wont charge. After contacting them and various emails repeating what the problem was, they confirmed a replacement would be sent if i paid the postage. After paying postage they now want a video of the problem. I dont think they are a real company. AVOID

I purchased five of the UV bright thermoses with the UV light water feature rechargeable lid. One of the lids is not charging, the red lightning button is not indicating that it is charging with the electrical cord and the blinking buttons indicating that the water is being cleaned are not work it either. I have emailed the company a bazillion times and they keep on asking me to send videos of the issue and explaining that I need to try a different electrical outlet which I have done multiple times.
After a month of emailing back and forth with their ridiculous responses, when I reached out to them, they they now think that I have bug zappers, not water thermoses. wTF

Company doesn't reveal ridiculous shipping charges until the order is charged. I found out after my cc was charged and I immediately sent an email to cancel. They responded sorry you're not happy but they would not cancel. AVOID!!!!

UV Bright will not re recharge. Just a year old, not happy with product durability.

I missed the part that said it does not filter out chlorine I always read everything before purchasing. and I did not see that. I cannot believe it. I wasted $40. The only reason I bought it is because I spend about $40 a week on bottled water. So I thought the purchase would pay for itself.

My bottle wouldn’t charge and after three attempts, customer service continued to say the problem was my charging cable or outlet. Its not. Its a faulty top. Next they asked me to take a video of the problem which I had explained in great detail over and over again. They wanted a receipt, which I didn’t have. I finally told them to forget it, I’d chalk it up to a bad experience with an unscrupulous vendor.

We bought 5 of these bottles at Christmas which all worked fine to begin with. However one of them has stopped working within the first three months but the company are refusing to send a replacement.

The bottle arrived and it would not charge. I contacted the company, sending them pics FOUR times, then they said I had to send a video. I told them I can not send a video. I offered to send the lid back so they could see for themselves, it does NOT work. No, I had to send a video, then they sent an email saying I had not replied back to them!! BEWARE!! I just threw my money away!

Don’t waste your money !!!
Even if you try to return the item and try to contact customer service they don’t return your mail. My product came after so many days and it didn’t even charge. I might as well got the expensive other proper water bottle. It’s definitely not worth it.

Same as all the other reviews ,live in uk anything goes wrong they want you to pay to fix it . Don’t bother with them the product isn’t that good either much better options out there.

Purchased the UV Brite bottle a few months ago. Worked well initially, but a few weeks ago simply stopped working. I contacted the company, asking for assistance. I was sent numerous emails explaining how I needed to charge the bottle (I know how to charge the bottle); told to try different charging cords and/or power source (all of which I did); company then asked me to send a video showing me trying to use the bottle, which I did. Finally, after a couple of weeks, the company says that they will send a replacement lid, but I have to pay the shipping cost! Told them no, it's your faulty product ... no response. I've now read numerous reviews (which I should have done before ordering!) all of which talk about shocking customer service, lids that don't work or stop working within a short period of time, or leaky bottles. Can only surmise that this is a dodgy company with a dodgy product. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

I purchased the bottle & it never worked.
After numerous attempts to rectify the issue with uv brite (over 12 emails & videos sent) they refused to replace the bottle unless I paid again for shipping.

Do NOT buy from this company! There site is full of false advertising. This bottle doesn’t clean water, it cleans itself only! When attempting to return, I was told I had to pay for return shipping, track the shipment and tell them when they receive it! It’s MY responsibility to tell them they’ve received my bottle and it’s time to issue me a refund. And they refuse to give the full refund advertised, they want to charge a restocking fee.

Never purchase from this company. Take notice of all the reviews. Overcharged almost double the price of my order, the order went through without my confirmation; I then received no confirmation email from UVbrite that I had purchased, but was charged through Paypal. Paypal was no help either in retrieving the overcharged amount. This company then runs you around with email responses that you've already answered with no intention of a satisfactory customer result. Waste of precious time and money.

I purchased 9 of these bottles. One of them didn't work at all. after 4 days of them asking repeatedly for the same info, my name, shipping address, numerous videos, provided credit card statement showing the web site (theirs) that I purchased from, they couldn't find my order. Then my order number was wrong, even though thru previous conversations of 8 bottles not shipping it was the right one, they just cant find my order therefore they will not help. This company will not stand behind their product nor do they have any intention of helping you.
