Me and my partner Shirley came to the workshop branch to view a smart for two car and where greeted by the lovely Kye who was polite and professional with us, no pushy sales tak tiks or upselling just pleastent vibes! Met a few members of the team while at the branch like manager Dean who made us feel more than welcome and supplied endless cups of tea, Ryan who spoke to us about his staffie biggie (my partner loves dogs). We didn’t go ahead with the car in the end as we are not currently ready financially for a new car but we know where and who to go to when we are, thankyou v12 :)

Abi was helpful from the start, very friendly and knowledgeable.
We had a budget to stick to and she did her best to make sure we could. There was no hard sell with warranty etc.
She didn’t even complain at our sons driving during the test drive ( patience of a saint! )
This was our first time purchasing from V12 but based on this experience, I’d recommend them to anyone and everyone.
Great service from start to finish.
Many thanks from all of us, we have a very happy son in a very nice car.

Please avoid V12 Worksop
Please avoid V12 Worksop, Bought a car and 2 weeks later we had issues with the turbo. Garage didn't want to know. After going back and forth V12 took the car to investigate the fault and repaired the turbo, however 1 day later fault appeared again. To cut a long story short, the vehicle was taken 4 times for investigation. Bad customer service and after sales as they didn't want to know. Had to go through trading standards to put V12 back in their place. Luckily we know our rights. Think a million times before purchasing any vehicle from this place. 5 months of torture and stress this has caused us especially having 2 young children.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Don't believe the good reviews! people only write these because you aren't allowed to leave until you've left a review... The trouble only starts once you buy the car! Brought a car, the very next day the engine warning light came on they didn't want to know... I had to drive back 40 miles for them to do nothing! Finally got them to look at it with one of their approved garages after I pursued them.. A week later was told it was all fixed. Just recently failed it's MOT on dangerous emissions and is severely un roadworthy! (All connected to the original engine warning light issues) Was told it was dangerous and shouldn't be driven. Contacted the garage from the previous repair and asked for the diagnostic report from a few months back came back with 9 emission fault codes! 9!!! The day after buying the vehicle. Trading Standards have informed me of my legal rights and to reject the vehicle immediately as within the 6 month period and have already used their one chance to fix. Again, V12 do not want to know saying it's not their problem. After being ignored I phoned the Aftersales to be greeted by the Aftersales manager... He was aggressive, sarcastic and basically told me I was in the wrong and basically laughed at me. I have never been spoken too in such a disgusting way by what is supposed to be a business, I have taken this further and he has been reported. Trading Standards and The Motor Ombudsman are now involved as well as a formal complaint and a full investigation has been opened. They will be claiming back a full refund from them on my behalf. They have lied, tried to belittle me and made out that I have no evidence that they have sold me a faulty vehicle. V12 will not take any responsibility and completely ignore the customers consumer rights. Tried to ignore me in hope I would get bored and pay to have the vehicle diagnosed which then basically puts the ball back in their court! Wrong person this time, I have been advised to hire a car and simply send the expenses over to them which I am doing and will continue to do until I have my refund. How they are still trading is beyond me...
Vehicle is currently un roadworthy and is in the hands of the authorities. Trust me if you want to keep your sanity and safety you will avoid this company at all costs. I will wait for the automated response below saying how sorry they are and it will be looked into if only I would contact them... What a joke!!! Shame they didn't try and resolve as I loved the car but I simply refuse to deal with this company ever again.

8 weeks on from last review
After 8 weeks of waiting on a V5 document from DVLA, I was informed by DVLA that the dealership did not send the V62 form to DVLA that they were supposed to do. DVLA also informed me that the green new keepers slip I was issued from the dealership wasn’t the latest one for the vehicle I purchased. I then had to pay DVLA £25 for a V5 certificate and send them in a V62 form myself. Wouldn’t recommend or use dealership again.

Up to yet ok but very disappointed that when your told you get years AA cover after email sent by AA to activate it’s for one roadside visit !! Hoping my hold warranty I’ve purchased is genuine, they will feel my wrath and legal action if it’s not as had couple old customers telling me to be wary but made my own decision…car is beautiful drive, good price ….watch this space I guess!! But be careful as obviously not telling you full details

Transaction was very nice and smooth. Kept me updated through every process through emails and when I came into the actual building the staff were very friendly. Simon who dealt with the actual transaction of the car was a very nice chap and easy to deal with. Only downfall to it was the car wasn’t cleaned inside, however it cleaned from the outside.

Over all pleasant service and very…
Over all pleasant service and very affordable prices. The only hiccup was that we where told that keys are low battery but promised by the seller that they just put brand new ones in and when get home keys died completely and car would not close. We wasted an hour figuring out what the issues was and did not think to check keys as we where told batteries where replaced however when I decided to try replacing battery issue resolved itself. Next day I kept trying to call aftershaves just to discuss the issue as it wasn't great to feel being lied to but no one was available after 45 min wait. Car does drive perfectly now.

Customer Focused staff throughout
Very pleasant customer focused experience when buying car for my wife yesterday.
Simon, Leah and Mia whom we dealt excelled they were all friendly, polite, professional and smartly attired.
A number of other staff who we did not deal with also acknowledged our presence with a smile or hello.
Simon also went to collect another vehicle from a nearby site to look at as we were intial unsure there was no trouble doing this.
All in all a positive buying experience.
