i got 5 accs the first didnt work but the rest all worked and were comp ready na but the customer support sucks so if u have a issue dont expect them to help very much bc theh didnt even try in the live support to help only said hed look into it and didnt respond yet

accounts didnt work, tried to contact via email with no response, went through my bank for a refund

I recently bought a diamond account for valorant from these guys and I had an issue logging in unfortunately.
I contacted the browser support agent and got Muhammed who immediately resolved the issue and upgraded me to an Ascendant level account because of the hassle.

Everything went smoothly except that the account I bought wasn't ranked yet so it made me place in a different rank that I purchased

I bought an account that wasn’t the correct rank as I needed it to be, although it stated it once I purchased.

I instantly contacted customer support via email and was met with quick and instant responses by one of their agents called Muhammad. He offered his services instantly, and once I explained my situation he offered for a free account of the rank I originally ordered.

Very professional and generous! I have used this website many times and never had this kind of issue, and now I have encountered it, they dealt with it very well.

Tries to recover the account after 2 weeks!!! Don't buy from them scammers
either selling cracked accounts or scammers

Bought an account which got hacked back/recovered.

Their customer support is not answering my messages.

Its great to play right away, however after a few months they always try to steal the account back in hopes people didn't change their passwords/emails. If you did change it, then they get it banned so that you have to buy another one. If you didnt they take it back and resell it as a higher rank account. I did the first option, and sadly found out recently that I lost the account and cant reunlock it as it requires all the original information such as date of birth et cetera which I dont have and they wont give. Its locked till Jan 1 3024... I thought it was only 2024 so I waited...

Bad SHOP, BOUGH AN ACCOUNT DIDN'T WORK DIDN'T GOT A REPLACEMENT.

Bought an account, after playing there a few months, put some money in for the skins, then got permanently suspended for the reason that the account was originally botted. Wrote to a support in hope to be adequatelly refunded but nothing. Do not buy botted accounts or do not expect to play in a long term on these accounts.
