Recently I had faced some issues regarding the survey and points but it Is solved now. The team of Valued opinions not only responded but solved my problem as soon as possible.

Iam participating valued opinions surveys from 2023. I have attained the platinum level and I have redeemed gift vouchers many times. Now alll of a sudden they have introduced some veriff validation which asks us to provide a picture of my drivers license or passport. I do not have both. Now iam not able to redeem my points. Very frustrating....

I have been using the valued opinion platform for about a year.. It is the most authentic and genuine survey and research website that pays money. What I appreciate the most is that whenever I raise an issue, there is a prompt reply and solution. I hope they create an app soon. I wish them the best of luck.

i used to love this site but now it has become a menace. unnecessarily they just block your accounts and despite of many requests they never help. frauds they are

It was working fine before now the accounts getting blocked for lame reasons. The issues are not resolved they just blocked the account. Even I can not open new account and continue.

Won’t reply to questions and won’t pay out rewards id say it’s a scam

As usual they have deactivated my account for violating their terms. I have done NOTHING wrong but they will not respond to why they did this. This happens every few years with one or more of my accounts that uses dynata. They never notify you when they do this and you won't know until you try to log in and can't. There are many complaints with the BBB.

Since two years it has become Habit of Valued opinion to get surveys done & claim "enough responses received, quota full, etc. All the Honest effort & time goes for a toss. It will take months to redeem 500 Rs voucher, I'm a Diamond batch member since long time. They will pay you 30 Rs surveys but for 45 Rs & 90 Rs surveys chances are very slim that it will be credited. It feels manipulated for hours of investment, they are running a scam so AVOID it!
Today (10/03/2025) after spending more than 1 hour for 2 surveys, completing 100% later ( submitting) same excuse "But we have had to close this survey early because it does not seem like you are part of the target group it's looking to research".i can share screenshots of both. B*sterd's! of the highest order! 😡🤬

They let you finish and submit full surveys and then say the survey is closed and give you no credit!!BEWARE..sign up only if you want your time wasted!
