I love the long hair litter but I find the very large 20kg bag super large & heavy, very difficult to move, use and store. I wish there was a smaller bag size available, maybe 10kg.

Really quick free delivery
Really quick free delivery, usually when you get free delivery it takes longer but not Vancatuk.com. Easy to order online, and a great range of products with full description of each item. I have used them for quite a while now as I am disabled and it is delivered to my door. I would highly recommend this and so would my cat Charlie.

Should have been a 5 BUT....
This is a fantastic product but it always comes sooo tightly packed that the bags sometimes split. If I want to return it I have to pay the costs even though the bag had ripped and the litter was spilled out in the box. I already pay £11 postage so I don't want to pay another £11 to return faulty products. This is my only gripe and I wish they would sort it out!!!

I have just started to use VanCat a week ago, and so far it is brilliant. My cat’s pee clumps and I just scoop it out with the poo and the litter tray is left fresh. No strong ammonia smell, no need to completely change the litter several times a week. So far worth the money.

Delivery leaves a lot to be desired my latest purchase was delivered today unfortunately I missed them it has now been taken to a local shop unfortunately I am a 70 year old disabled man who is more or less housebound so no way of collecting it or know anybody who can so I will lose my order and have to re order it
