I ordered my roof rack 7 days ago and it never arrived, I emailed and asked why. I then get a text today saying it’s coming today between 8 and 16.00..
But yet still Nothing has arrived

Deliver the goods when they say they are going to.
I understand that couriers get delayed and let people down, but a week late seriously???? Change courier then

Sorry your order has been an issue with the couriers, as discussed on the phone it is the weak link in our business. Changing couriers will not solve delivery issues as every courier runs into issues, we have tried them all.
We have kept you informed throughout, and dispatched a duplicate order on a AM delivery service for today.

Exactly what I needed to replace the missing end caps on my van roof rack. A little expensive! But the pain was eased by free postage and prompt delivery, plus follow up from the company.

4 BAR ROOF RACK WITH ROLLER
I have just brought a new van ,Vw t6.1, So I looked on the internet for a roof rack and I found very good reports on Vanguard products so I brought a 4 bar kit and back roller unit and it was very well made easy to fit and looks great on the van. Very good service delivered next day.
I got some black plastic dome nut covers from a kit I carry in the old van and this finishes it off for 50p
