Great Customer Service by all the consultants especially Riri. The consultants have found great positions for me. An Agency to go too!

I want to say a BIG thank you to Suzanne from the payroll team for being supportive and providing quick,sufficient amazing support Aswell as Reanna and Natalia who have always helped me through tough times in always having a job available for me.

They have made me feel so comfortable with how they approach me and how they are quick to get back to me after knowing they are busy,

The service they provide me every time I call it makes me feel so welcomed, "especially me calling so much over small things lol" which alot of companies from my experience get annoyed and the service I have received from 3 of the staff which i have mentioned above has been incredibly valuable and amazing, i can't thank them enough.

I also highly recommend the company to anyone who is looking for work.

The recruitment consultant was very rude about my personal reasons for not attending a interview having given good notice of none attendance. Actually I feel some helpful training in manners may help going forward.

They mailed me that my application for a specific job was not successful. Also, they would keep my data on record "in case other opportunities arise".
I asked them to remove all my data from their database. Which means, I have explicitly not given my consent for them to store my details.
They are now claiming that they don't have my data stored anywhere. So, who at Vanta has a problem with the truth: the first person who wrote to me - or the second?
Such a cavalier approach to data protection is simply not acceptable. I certainly won't apply for any of the advertised jobs in the future.
Oh, and I will keep on the case to get my details removed from their records. Because anything else is simply illegal.

Same day I went in to sign up same day Jodie Robinson got me a nice secure job with hours works around my free time, everyone in there are good and helpful. Definitely would recommend anyone to sign up. Thanks again to Jodie and the rest of the Vanta Team 🤙🏾
