Didn’t receive package
Didn’t receive package, if it is with a neighbour they didn’t tell me they left it with anyone, they took a picture of my door and gave me no way to find it.

Weekday morning orders arrive the next day without additional cost. My orders comprise multiple items but I've only had one (minor) error from the firm in maybe 40 orders. I have docked one star because a couple of my favourite flavour concentrates are no longer stocked and I am having to modify my recipes.
