Excellent software and, above all, fast and proactive support

The software itself worked very well, was easy to use and converted all my emails from EML to PST format very quickly. The only issue I had was that, having downloaded the demo version, I couldn't see how to make the full version work after I'd paid for the licence. There is a tab at the top of the page where you are supposed to input your licence number which turns it from the demo to the full version but I missed this. Well, it had been a long day...

Since my last review, I ran into a problem that was connected to the problem that Ved Prakash had done above and beyond in solving the problem. This time, Ved once again did his magic and solved a very difficult problem.
Thank you Ved and thank you Vsoftware/Trustpilot for a great app and even moreso for having a representative such as Ved.

We are industrial automation company with team size of 150 members . Being director of company i have huge emails from customer’s, inetrnal team members and principal partners . Last few i used to suffer from cronic issue of large size of pst file of outlook and lot of time used to waste . Few days back i purchased duplicate email remover software from vartika and it worked well . But size of deleted items was increasing and i suffered from non functioning of outlook . I searched everywhere on web but with no solution . After connecting on saturday on vartika software contact number i was amazed with response of support person . He was connected almost 8 hours to resolve issue on sunday and i could guess ( even though faceless ) that knowledge of person on technology as he took remote control of software . With several hours problem was resolved . I was surprised to know it was none other than Director of Vartika software Ved prakash . I will highly recommend their products and services and my best wishes .

Great software. It does all that promises and very quickly. The customer support is owesome: I've had a problem with an installation on a bad PC, and they have immediately given a further license to solve my mistake.

I bought the OST to PST converter for USD99 with a money back guarantee. I tried it several times and it produced files that outlook said had errors. I bought a converter from a competitor and it worked great. I immediately asked for my money back and they wanted to remote connect to my PC. There is no way I would let anyone I dont trust remote connect to my PC. In short, the software doesnt work and they wont refund my money. It says they will and they wont.
