I received an order confirmation quickly via email. I was informed when my purchase was shipped. It arrived in a timely manner. Also received a follow up email asking if I received my purchase.

Poor Customer Service/ damaged goods…
I ordered a bracelet for my daughters birthday it took longer than it said to arrive, it then arrived and all the gift box and card inside was all damaged I was offered a partial refund but I’ve never received a penny back I’ve just been fobbed off won’t be using this company again and I wouldn’t recommend there customer service

takes too long, customer service slow and unhelpful. i would never recommend you or do anything with you ever. You ruined my son`s birthday.

Granddaughter ring
I bought a Grandmother, granddaughter ring, It didn't come with a special message as promised. It was for my grand granddaughters 21st. She wore it for one day only as it made her finger go green. Terribly disappointed total waste of money

Ordered the men’s bangle, not the product advertised and certainly wouldn’t order anything from here again
Ordered the men’s bangle as a wedding gift for my husband to be, no love heart on it and no message card and it came in a cheap white box. This company said I had to request the love heart and they would send the message card which has never arrived.

I had seen the ad for a men’s wristband…
I had seen the ad for a men’s wristband many times before deciding to purchase one. There were several Infinity wristbands, but Vassia displayed one more unique than others. I thought a close friend of mine would accept one from me if both our names were engraved. Eventually, I purchased the wristband. On it are our nicknames for each other. Unfortunately I cannot give or mail it to my friend; he knows I have it and it is for him. His location, on Active Duty, prohibits mail from home. He has given me permission to wear it until he comes home.
