Veganstore Avis 

Ordered some shampoo (with extortionate postage of £7), and it never arrived. After an email chasing up my purchase I was told the product was currently unavailable so was given a refund. They should have been contacting me, not the other way around.

Brilliant choice of vegan food at very competitive prices. But best of all next day delivery at no extra cost. Highly reccomended

Ordered goods that were not as described on their website. Emailed the team to request a refund. No response. Emailed again, no response. No way to call them or get in touch otherwise. Will be requesting a chargeback from their bank. Terrible (/non-existent) customer service, bordering on fraudulent

So. My baby son is lactose intolerant and I thought I’d get him some coconut milk rice pudding as a treat. No problem. Found it in the vegan store website. Ordered 4 dans all showing as in stock. Delivery was £3.99 so I added a couple of cans of vegan custard for him to try too.

I then get a despatch note to say that none of the cans of rice pudding were in stock and that instead I would be sent the 3 extra cans of custard that I’d ordered. No option to cancel the order.

I emailed the vegan store to say I would prefer to cancel as I only really wanted the rice pudding and was loathed to pay £3.99 for delivery of 3 cans of custard that I didn’t really want.

Having received no response I messaged them again only to receive no response again. I have been ignored completely.

Extremely poor service and I will not be using them again.

Great selection and Fast despatch and delivery service . The goodies taste great and my husband has loved the vegan treats and said even Easter egg almost tasted like real milk chocolate.
The only thing I would mark them down on is two items in the order was short dated, hence 4 stars not 5.

Bought the mystery box which is said to contain at least 15 pounds in goods. It didn't when I added it all up. Compared my boxes to others and it's nowhere near what it should be in value.

Email send to customer service to ask if there was a mistake, no reply, further email sent, and still no reply. They don't wanna know and I'm guessing assume I will just go away if they don't respond. Will be requesting a charge back via bank and if needed reporting for misselling goods.

Never arrived, awful service
Ordered in November for Christmas presents, didn't receive any dispatch notice until I asked about it two weeks later. It's 16 February and the products never arrived. Got a half-hearted apology from the 'claims team' and no answer to my query about getting a refund. Use a different online vegan store if possible.

It's so nice to have all my fave treats in one place. All the chocolates are so lovely and my friends and family now use the vegan store too, mostly to buy gifts for me but for others aswell. Would recommend again.

Items missing, and multiple items damaged (badly dented tins, squashed packets of crisps). Company doesn't reply to any emails about the issue.

I'll go back to using The Vegan Kind who have always offered exceptional service.

I understand that things can go wrong, but I can't stand it when my emails go unanswered. Terrible service.

Wow, £8 for a tiny tin with 9 button size (cheap tasting) chocolates inside, shocking! Was planning to gift them but I’d be ashamed to!
