Top quality consumables

Never know what you are going to get

Very frustrating to wait for your parcel too long and then find what you have got is the wrong size.I ordered small dry wipes,and you del medium when on the packaging it clearly had medium,I advise you to send your staff to secsavers but I will never be ordering from hyou again.

Item never arrived! Scam!

Item never arrived, raised my concerns via phone, online chat and email with Venacava.co.uk, they ignored all my messages.

After almost 2 months of silence, I raised a case with PayPal, venacava.co.uk failed to respond to PayPal and thankfully, PayPal refunded the full amount.

Company is either a scam or the don't care about its customers.

An extremely organised operation

Had my hospital appointment on the Wednesday and my first parcel arrived on the Friday. This was followed up by a telephone call a few days later when it was explained what the procedure was for future supplies and also the back up help that was available.

Item still not arrived
Sent emails, emails not answered, sent WhatsApp, WhatsApp message not read, called 3 times and provided order number. Was advised no one was available to speak to each time I called. Was advised that someone would call me back each time I called but no one ever has.
Shocking customer service will not use this company again. My advice is don’t waste your time or money ordering from them

Very slow to advise of no stock

Ordered from them on 4 October. On 10 October received an email refunding my order saying they didn't have stock. Why does it take 6 days to find this out?

Smooth and quick process

Bought a blood pressure monitor and was really pleased with the whole process. The site was super easy to use, checkout was straightforward, and I received it in just two days. The monitor itself works perfectly and feels like good quality. Really happy with my first order from Sterling Medical.

Do not use this company. Not received my order nearly 4 weeks later. Customer service is appalling, do not reply to messages, emails or calls. No item or refund as of yet. Total joke.

I ordered and paid for four boxes of gloves on the 11th August. As of today 5th September they haven't arrived. E mails go un- answered and phone calls are farcical. The customer service rep can't answer my questions and says the warehouse staff can't take calls. She also couldn't look up my order. Beware and stay clear of this company.

Got a nebulizer for my son and I'm impressed. The site is very user-friendly and I managed to find what I needed quickly. I also emailed a question about the model before buying and got a helpful reply within the same day. Delivery was fast, and the nebulizer works just as expected. Great service overall.
