Saief was great and very patient
Saief was great and very patient. I had a problem with the last host which couldn't fix it, and I asked them at least 4 times for the same questions. But Saief can point out where the cause is and instruct me how to do it, saving me much more time. Thanks a lot. Highly recommended!

Server Never Worked
They delivered a server that was unstable and unusable. everytime we made a change to iptables, during initial config, the server went down and never came back up. VernalWeb was no help on stablizing the machine - and took over a day to answer support requests.
