Very well packaged

I orderd mckenzies child oven dishes heart shaped. From the Netherlands this is the only retailer I believe. It took Some time to get to me but then also Christmas and new years where in the middle and it was stuck a week at fedex. My order was packaged really well and i got my oven dishes in perfect shape. Overal great experience and would order Again thankyou very much. Would recommend just know shipping takes a little while but to me that is worth it.

Never sent my order

Never sent my order, stopped answering my email requests for updates, except once when threatened with a credit card dispute. Gave them more time after this, but they ignored my emails. You get the point...95% sure it's scam. 5% just incompetent and not a real business. Meanwhile my $500 worth items went up in price while I was mistakenly waiting for VESIMI.

Dear Marina, you ordered on 30.9. A&H towels and rugs are produced in Portugal as mentioned by every product, lead time is usually 4-6 weeks. You opened a chargeback in your bank before we were able to send the products. If chargeback is opened, the money are immediately deducted from our Shopify account. The payment is usually back on your account in a few days. So please check your account or contact your bank. Thank you.

My order ok

I was contacted by customer service and the problem was resolved. They sent me part of my order via express shipping with a small gift that we greatly appreciated.
I thank the team.

I never got the product

I never got the product. They do not answer emails and I did not get my money back. Many people on Instagram say the same. Be careful – this seller is a scammer.

Hi,
please tell us what order number it was and who the order was invoiced to so we can check this. However, if you ordered custom products from Abyss Habidecor that were not in stock and then made a "refund", you can't be surprised that we didn't send the products after they were in stock.

Lack of communication

So, I have to change my negative feedback I left before, coz finally I received my order. It took a bit too long and although it’s understandable that some items may take longer to get, but minus of that store is lack communication with clients, Ive never e received an answer from customer service to my questions, the only thing that helped was leaving a feedback here and Instagram. One simple explanation would change a lot.

I found your orders. You ordered Abyss & Habidecor. Sorry for longer production, but Portugal have a 3-week holiday in August, like every year, just like Italy. After that, it takes a regular 4-8 weeks to produce. The orders from 08-09 for Abyss are on the way to us, and we expect all of them by the end of this week. All this information is available on the website.

6 weeks since the day of purchase and nothing is shipped

I purchased two sets of towels back in May and nothing had been shipped to dates.
Got reply to my first inquiry "products are produced directly for each customer in Portugal. It is mentioned by the product description, under the "add to cart" button. Could you please let me know if you can see the text? Because a lot of customers asking us about this."
1) nothing is mentioned on the website
2) after waiting for more then 4 weeks I sent another inquiry - no reply

AVOID AT ALL COST - SCAMMERS!

Purchased a bath mat which apparently had a 3-6 week production time - wasn't shown on the weboage, only confirmed after I enquired

We're at 10 weeks now and no response from the company, have carried out a charge back with my credit card - AVOID!!!

they dont send

its all a scam, i purchsec this red stone toilet brush holder, and no sign of it being shipped.I contscted them and i was told they were very busy and the item would be shipped this week (17-21).
well the week about to dnd and nothing i have messaged them several times adking for cancellation an no answer, after 30 days my credit card provided will recover the ammout 2145 order number

yes, unfortunately it is true that we did not send the shipment immediately because the toilet brush from this order was not in stock. This information was stated on the product and you did not read it. After the product was in stock, I contacted you to see if we should still send the products and in the meantime, unfortunately, you made a "chargeback" and did not respond to the email. You subsequently created a profile for us on this "supposedly fair portal" which has already deleted many positive reviews from our satisfied customers and we never found out why.
