I order dog tags back in January 2026. I never received them. They stated it was delivered to my mail box but got no email for tracking and notification that it arrived. Not happy with them

My oder arrived promptly, but…
My order arrived promptly and was good quality, as-adverised. However, since my order, VetFriends has been flooding my email IN BOX with a continuous stream of "special" offers -- sometimes 3 or 4 emails a day! I find this excessive and more than a little irritating. It seems I am considered more of a potential revenue source for VetFriends, than as a valued person who served in the military for this great country.

I didn't know that it take so long for…
I didn't know that it take so long for orders to be shipped and actually received. Tracking packges was also difficult. Still haven't received my veterans id. Still don't know where it is. Customer service was relatively prompt but not much help.

Ordered VietNam era bush hat
Ordered VietNam era bush hat. When it arrived it was to small. It was like it was a child"s hat. Very disappointed.
Contacted customer service and now I am waiting for the proper size and a return label for first hat. We shall see when it gets here.
Not happy at this point.
