Victoria Linen Co Avis 

This is my second order and as previous order absolutely spot on. The precision of the quilt covers and pillowcases is very good in that when ready to iron they lay completely flat and not twisted fabric as if cut on the bias. Excellant quality and service will always be my first choice. Thank you Victoria Linen.

Very pleased with my bed set. The only problem was they had run out of material and I had to wait for the rest of the set but I was informed about this and advised how long it would take and it was delivered when they said it would be. I will be ordering again but will telephone first.

Everything went accordingly as per their first communication. Goods arrived in time frame given.

Ordered a duvet cover and pillow cases from Victoria linen. I've found it difficult to buy a small double duvet set on line other than white. I chose my material and gave measurements and it fitted perfectly. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Best bed sheet ever. Washes well. Really comfy and soft. You really get what you pay for and you're supporting a British company.
You have to wait a while but the delivery when it arrives is well packaged and all recyclable , which is great.
Despite the cost I'll be buying my linen from Victoria Linen in future.

Absolutely appalling. Waited weeks for the delivery of 2 high thread count valances for 150cm beds. Ordered from them because I needed 33cm length which I’ve been unable to find ready made. I simply couldn’t believe the appalling quality of what was sent to me…..corners stuck out at all angles and massive puckering on the hems. I complained gently. They had them uplifted. I waited for an apology and refund. Oh no!! They think their product is up to their standard and I can’t have a refund. Then they tried to bribe me with a 40% discount! The product is junk, un-usable, most definitely not of merchantable quality at any price. Trading Standards and credit card company next stops.
A dreadful company.
Update: don’t believe a word of their reply, the goods supplied were and remain unusable junk. Wish I had the possibility to upload photos of this so the lies being told were visually obvious!

As my previous review, my purchase was not made in UK and I cannt see where on your website it mentions you sell products by other companies that are not made in the UK. And you charged £17.00 more then the product cost on the manufacturers website.

We had been looking for larger single duvets for some time, and we are delighted with both Victoria Linen's goose and duck down duvets, and the bed linen we ordered to go with them. We're now going back for summer duvets. Keep up the good work!

Purchased: Premium Duvet Protector – Waterproof & Breathable.

Delivered quite quickly even when we ordered a week before Christmas. Can’t fault product quality itself. Initially purchased due to nappy changes done on bed.

The duvet protector may actually be of a better construction than the actual duvet cover. It’s not noisy either. I think my previous duvet was more noisy (crinkly which this isn’t).

We have only stopped using it as was making my duvet too heavy and hot. We were getting too sweaty. We used it for ~13 nights. End Mar-Apr. Weather was getting warmer and heating being used also.

I think this is partly due to my duvet being wool filled and the water-resistant material in combination with the zip trapping extra air. I think wool is supposed to allow air circulation which this maybe preventing.

It’s definitely seems more waterproof than breathable. My Mrs kept losing her duvet corner as it kept slipping inside but I didn’t on my side so that maybe due to user error.

We were able to buy a valance in a non-standard size. It fits well.

It did take a long time to arrive -4 weeks

Poor workmanship of Cesar duvet, it comes in two parts to create summer and winter duvet.
Summer used less then 6 months, and winter used just under a year. Pockets began to bunch up and thin out, leaving partially empty pockets. Press studs that hold the two duvets together is clearly not enough to hold the duvet together. Comes apart over night every day and bunches up in the duvet cover. This is a very large duvet, so a mass task to put back together every night. Despite contacting Victoria linen at just a year of having it, to explain the issues with this duvet. it took months to get a resolution back. To which the manufacturer declined to take any responsibility of fault or poor quality and workmanship. When you pay over £800 you expect something better for your money.
I wouldn’t bother, I would avoid buying here and spend your money else where, where you can get better quality products.
This company is only Interested in taking your money, and not Intrested in any customer after care. I am really disappointed as I expected better.

The pillowcases were made well with nice soft fabric, I would definitely order more from this company.
