Ich finde das Konzept perfekt für mich. Ich mag, dass Sie all das übernehmen, was kein anderes Management für mich tun würde: Sie suchen passende Festivals, kontaktieren sie direkt, erstellen meinen Lebenslauf und rufen mehrmals dort an (inklusive weltweiter Telefonkosten).

Wenn ich das alles selbst machen müsste, würde es enorm viel Zeit in Anspruch nehmen – und zusätzlich spiele ich ja noch viele Konzerte.

This is a SCAM website based in Eastern Europe. This company is also known as Heda Art Agency, Mila Art Agency & Cora Art Agency etc. Please be aware!!

Da regelmäßige Kontaktaufnahmen zur Vermittlung von Künstler*innen in der Branche durchaus üblich sind, habe ich zunächst Verständnis aufgebracht. Über einen längeren Zeitraum erhielt ich jedoch wiederholt werbliche Anrufe, meist in gefühlt kurzen Abständen, obwohl ich mehrfach darum gebeten hatte, dies zu unterlassen. Mit der Zeit empfand ich dies nur noch als belastend und zeitraubend, was aus meiner Sicht weder im Interesse der vertretenen Künstler*innen noch der Mitarbeiter*innen liegen kann.

I was skeptical of Vida Art when I received their email, since the premise of a year contract without trying the service first seems extreme. However, I was curious to speak to their representative and find out more. However, I scheduled a zoom call and no one showed up from their side. Later I received an email claiming I had missed the call. For a company specializing in organization, it's very unprofessional and disappointing since the service in principal is interesting.

They only take your money and send out carelessly written e-mails to random institutions, the same e-mail to every institution, often with the wrong name of the institution because they didn’t care to change the name from the institution they previously sent the mail to. Then they make pretend phone calls to random institutions, they have no network whatsoever and never acquired any concerts for an artist. I know for a fact that they proposed conductors to ensembles who play without conductor, they send the same mail 3 times and call it “contact all selected institutions multiple times via email and phone, targeting key decision-makers”. All good reviews in here are made by them and their friends. Be careful and read the bad reviews: all say the exact same thing. It’s a scam!

Anyone who subscribes to Vida Arts Management must know that you have to pay money in advance through a subscription. Although the "company" is based in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, it only responds in English. Any criticism is met with a standard reply in English. The "company" can never be reached by telephone. Agreed video conferences turn out to be fake. Highly suspicious!!!

Working with Vida Art Management has been such a joy! From day one, their team showed just how much they care about the arts and how dedicated they are to making everything perfect. They organized my exhibitions and events with so much attention to detail that they exceeded all my expectations. Their support has helped me achieve so many dreams and connect with a wider audience. I really appreciate all their hard work, and I’m so excited to see what we’ll achieve together next!

It’s a soft scam. You pay with a contract to get a “service”, so until there, no harm done. But they don’t actually get you concerts. And then they say they’ll lawyer up if you don’t pay, typical scam talk to scare you off. To all the hopeful young musicians and parents of musicians out there: a real agency finds concerts first, and then keeps a comission from the concerts they organize for you. I remember Vida Art had the address for the Zurich Tonhalle during construction a few years ago, I mean, COME ONNNN 😂 They contacted me years ago for my quartet and again today just for me. They’re lasting long, I’ll give them that!

The Vida art Management did the worst job for my pianist son. The personal assistent sent wrong video( of ballet dancers) material out for 9 month and they did not send the right and updated cv.Every time he complaint, they did not do anything to improve and they want full fee for the bad service. They only offered social media services to compensat for the poor work. He refused.
My son wrote in 2023 April that he wanted to stop the cooperation, but they will not let him go and they are treating him with a lawyer because they want money also after January 2024. The contract ended in August 2023.
They wrote to him that he must pay because they know he can not afford a lawyer.
I think this is evil behavior.
They behaved very bad and I want to warn all musicians about this agency!
Do not sign any contract with this amateur agency!

Genug mit Management die nehmen 40% Marge
Kein Management will jemandem der weniger kostet7verdient als 2000-3000 Euro pro Gig. Und was machen wir restliche die auch Talent haben aber nie eine Möglichkeit oder einfach Glück
Darum Vida Art Agency finde ich innovativ. Das Mann erstmal Grundlage hat überhaupt sich irgendwo bewerben, material vorbereiten und ja mindestens versuchen in leben was zu tun. Ehrlich gesagt ich hätte keine Lust und Zeit selber das machen
lieber übe ich oder nehme mir freie Zeit anstatt überall meine Bewerbung schicken und auch wenn ich kein Konzert sofort kriege irgendwann schafft man es sicher bin überzeugt weil agency schickt an viele Künstlerische Leiter und direkt anstatt ich ( so wie so kommt nie gut an wenn mal als Künstler selber schickt)
Mindestens haben sie mich gesehen und irgendwie registriert...
Finde leider das "nicht erfolgreiche Musiker" bleiben "nicht erfolgreich" trotzdem leider weil Sturheit ist grosse problem und keine willen was ändern...einfach mall in sich investieren und auf hören andere Ideen, versuchen, kämpfen... aber einfach nichts machen (nicht mal üben) stur glauben das unsere Musik was wir spielen beste ist und warten das jemand einfach uns will und bezahlt viel Geld ist einfach Blödsinn. Habe so viele Kollege die genau so sind und was? ja, bleiben dort wo sie sind
anderseits kenne einige die erfolgreich sind und die tun anderes. die haben nie genug von Leute die denen helfen. Sogar die haben überall ein Management und trotzdem hilft denen mehrere Leute, die sehr teuer sind. Also ich werde sicher bei Vidaart probieren.
mindestens mein Zeit sparen mit solche dumme Arbeit wie verschicken cv an Events oder selber anrufen und mich blamieren, kommt nie gut sage ich aus Erfahrung :)
Aber Info an Vidaart nur als Idee:
Würde Vidaart empfehlen als Idee was mit Spotify was zu machen, das wäre toll. Habe leider kein cd aufgenommen nicht mal Social Media eigene. Habe sonst einige aufnahmen wie einzelne Lieder, finde Werbung an Spotify könnten agency anbieten wäre gerne dabei sofort wenn es nicht zu teuer ist und typisch Schweizer Preise verlangen :)

Knowing what an obvious scam looks like I asked, "Where did you come across my music". I received no answer. That was Thursday 10-26. Today I got the same email as Thursday.
