The product is quite good but has glitches. The AI does NOT follow your instructions very well, in spit of redoing. What is VERY, VERY poor about this company is their support. NON EXISTENT!. I have sent 4 emails AND filled out a very comprehensive request for assistance with getting glitches addressed but have not had ONE reply. I guess I am just going to have to keep paying and redoing my images to video until I luck out on an acceptable product. Once done, I am closing my account. #VIDUbad VIDUserviceterrible

I regret giving Vidu a try. It fails on all fronts. The final result looked nothing like the promotional examples. So despite not cheap price tag don't get your hopes high. My premium $120 plan was exhausted in less than 4 videos for 12s. Even the subtitle wording was inaccurate. You have to start from scratch even if only a minor adjustment is needed. It's a waste of time and money.

I experimented a little with this site recently and, although it got some things wrong, overall I was not dissatisfied with the results. I signed up for the year long subscription on Feb 20, 2026. I experimented a little with original content for the next couple of days. Nothing extreme or knowingly in violation of any terms of service. The last time I used my account was Feb 23, 2026. On Feb 26, 2026 I tried to sign into my account and I received a message telling me I am blacklisted! I have tried daily to access their site since then but I am locked out. I have written to their support several times asking "why I am blacklisted" and "can my account be restored". Support has never responded. So now I seem to be stuck with having paid for a year's access to a site that will not let me use it for no known reason. Even worse, the annual membership supposedly auto-renews! I am genuinely worried that they will try to hit me up for another annual subscription this time next year.

This is another one of those chinese communist operated ai sites, if you are looking to express creativity here, forget it.

IT does not work at all;

I have tryied to do the most basic things you could imagine and it just doesnt respond.

So I would use existing videos that was on vidu and say it was batman I would tell it to change the batsymbol to an anchor ; And it would not do it.

I would use an image and tell it to do some basic stuff, still wouldnt do it.

An individual took my work and claimed it as there own. Me and my partner have been trying to get it taken off of vidu. We are only met with silence from vidu (Shanghai Technology). The video remains up to this day. There policy states that art theft is not tolerated and yet does nothing when it occurs.

The quality of the images and the movement would be appreciable if only the prompts (completely decent) were not interpreted by a robot more puritanical than all Asian civilizations have ever been. Vidu is a communist company, therefore not Christian, and yet it is a repressed priest who is blocking the creation of videos.

Accidental Annual Subscription - No Support Response!
I recently signed up for a Vidu AI plan and unfortunately, I accidentally selected the annual subscription instead of the monthly one. I realized my mistake immediately as I only intended to pay month-to-month.
I've tried reaching out to support multiple times to rectify this and get a refund for the €96.00 I was charged, but I've received no response whatsoever. It's incredibly frustrating to be stuck with a year-long subscription I don't want, especially when there's no way to get in touch with customer service.
I'm very disappointed with the lack of support and the inability to resolve this issue. I would like my money back as soon as possible.

I didn't like them because the are want to make as to take our money from our pockets or make as to buy the were any wanted money or users please help me to make the to speak that loud that I can speak please help as or tell the we the give free plan wan the wanted paid plan please complains the or please make them to regards or do not buy their paid vision or if you where buying so please think some time

Like someone else said, don't give this company your credit card info. You cannot cancel this service and they keep trying to charge my card EVERY DAY through Stripe. I have emailed them numerous times and don't ever get any replies. SCAM!!!!!

the free service is quite good albeit limited so i upgraded to the Ultimate plan at $948 for the year. This was great for about a week, then one morning i logged in and all my Ultimate plan credit had been removed and i could only access the limited free service. I emailed support several times and they did not respond. They've taken my money and offered no refund or support to resume the service. I am thinking about escalating my complaint, and i'd advise anybody interested in signing up to this platform to think twice before giving any credit card details.

Used a different AI studio previously, which was much more costly but far superior in every way. After automatically converting to 720p outputs, the credits continue to accumulate as the movie goes from 4 to 8 seconds. Once more, you are wasting your credits because the text-to-video is completely inaccurate and rarely correct. The plans looked cheaper, so I gave it a go, but it was a complete waste of time. Do not waste your time with this firm; it is worth paying extra for something else.

the free plan get's nothing right. And if it does, it's still very mediocrely unamusing BECAUSE IT NEVER GETS THE DESCRIPTION ACCURATE.
