Vince Camuto makes beautiful shoes, but I will never order them directly from their web site again. They pre-select the $5.99 "worry free" shipping insurance, which is a scam as shipping assurance should be their problem anyway. I removed the insurance selection, but when the credit card was processed, they added it back in. The shoes were not right for me and upon trying to return, they want to charge me over $10 to get my money back, even though they charged me for this supposed insurance. Scam me once, shame on you. You won't be scamming me again. I just won't visit your web site ever again and will tell everyone I discuss shoes with to avoid the web site.

I placed an order via the web 13 March 2026. Soon after I received an email stating the order had “PARTIALLY SHIPPED.” I was confused as I only ordered 1 item, a handbag on sale. I promptly wrote their customer service thinking perhaps somehow I was receiving someone else’s order. They responded with a “form letter” I asked them to send the tracking info and received the same form letter THREE TIMES. Today I received a text saying “my order was Cancelled & REFUNDED????””This time I called them and the lady said it was cancelled due to an internal “SYSTEM ERROR” and promptly told me to order it again…. Nah I’m good- LEAVE THESE PEOPLE ALONE! Buy at your own risk…..

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I usually order over 5plus pairs of boots/ heels from Vince camuto a year. This winter I ordered 3 pairs so far, one pair was delivered the other 2 never arrived their shipping company ontrac in complete horse shit. They said my package was delivered, yet , no delivery picture and to top things off I have a camera where I can see if anything has been delivered to my door step. I am not going back and fourth with intractable who will not refund my money and Vince canuto who takes no part in any delivery issues. I truly thought they were customer advocates. Here I am a week later trying to get a refund and I will take my business elsewhere I would not recommend anyone order from Vince camuto as they have a very shady delivery service, who is probably stealing packages.

Love the shoes horrible customer services. Needed to cancel my order within 5 minutes of placing order was told this was not possible. Expressed frustration escalated concern new response calling me by someone elses name and still not canceling my order. Simply decided to go with a different color. Will not do business with poor customer service.

The site glitched and ordered a size that was out of stock, so I put in a second order for the correct size. Well the out of stock size arrived and i have to wait for them to receive it back before i get my refund. When I received the second order today, it was for some cheap Clarks boots, just thrown in the box and you guessed it, the wrong size! They didn’t want to do anything for me for my inconvenience. Shopper beware. Is this still Vince Camuto or just one big warehouse?

Is this site still for real? I saw an item I wanted. But I wasn't sure of the fit for me. I wanted to know if I could return to their local store near where I live, if necessary. There was no information about it. I tried different kinds of google searches, including AI . You USED to be able to return things to a Vince Camuto or DSW store. No mention is made about returning to Vince stores in the last year. There are no more Vince Camuto stores. So I emailed customer service—the email they show in their latest marketing email today. It bounced back, saying there is no such email! I really like the item and they're the only ones who sell it. It is touted in several good blogs. But I am afraid it may never get to me or some other weird thing will happen. They need to fix this site and response to customers or they will destroy their own business.

Ordered boots. Close to $400 for two pairs. Delivery photo shows boots were thrown by a sign 1/4 mile from my home. When I discovered, I went to retrieve package. It was gone. Now Vince Camuto giving me run around. AWFUL.

I purchased 2 pairs of slingbacks and in less than six months, the elastic was stretched to the point where the shoe was slipping off my feet. I paid a lot for these shoes. the elastic should be made of a higher quality so I don't have to take it to a shoemaker for them to replace the elastic.

Website glitched and charged me for the incorrect item. I emailed them and called 2 minutes later and they tell me there is no way to cancel the order. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Only heels I can wear. Very comfortable

Vince Camuto charges a fee for returns. They send the shoes in a box wrapped in plastic so there is no box supplied for the return. There are plenty of stores to buy from that make returns free and easy. I will never buy from Vince Camuto again. If you want ease in online shopping, shop at Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, Sam Edelman, Zappos, Amazon etc.

I returned a pair of boots to Vince Camuto and they are refusing to refund my money. I have no boots and no money. First they claimed to have not received them, but tracking showed that it was delivered 2/28. Now 3 weeks later, they say the item has arrived and they want me to wait another 5-7 days to receive my refund, even though it was promised to be processed yesterday. If you want any other their products, I would suggest purchasing at another retailer who actually cares about customer satisfaction.

I have been shopping VC for years, and I must say the site is not user-friendly, for starters. In addition, they charge you a mail "protection" fee on top of the shipping! They lost a package of mine, and never replaced the item. So much for the "protection" fee!

I’m disappointed with the after-sales service I received from Vince Camuto. After requesting extensive details about my purchase, including a copy of my receipt and a photo of the coat, they ultimately refused to assist me with obtaining a replacement belt for the coat.

If there was no intention to resolve my issue, why ask me to go through the trouble of providing all this information? While the communication was polite, the process ultimately wasted my time.

I have been buying Vince Camuto shoes for years, so when I tried using the website I expected a high end experience on par with quality of their shoes. Omg, placed the order then tried to cancel it no cancel available. They don’t allow you to cancel on the site, they charge you before mailing out the product and because it was Christmas Day there was no customer service. Called them the next day and they said once order is placed there is no option to cancel, so basically the customer service is there to tell you “NO!” This is so ghetto when you look at the cost and quality of the shoes. How many hundreds even thousand of dollars customers spend only to be abused by the seller! Vince Camuto, maybe these complaints about your service don’t matter but remember it’s the customer that generates your wealth.

Unfortunately, my boots were defective but my customer service experience was good and they were able to remediate the situation in a timely manner.

I used to like the brand and have bought many pairs of shoes and boots from them in the past via Nordstrom. Cute style etc. I purchased from the website for the first time and it was the complete opposite. The shoes eventually came but didn’t fit so I had to return the. When I returned the unworn product they charged me a $12 fee to get my money back. I won’t be buying their shoes in the future.

I purchased boots for $255.00 I realized after I received the confirmation via email the address was incorrect. I also noticed they charged me for something call Route. I called about both and was told that they do not have a way to update the address and that route would be for protection if the item was lost or I did not receive it.

I tried calling the Fedex who was the carrier and was told they could not update the address because I was not the shipper. I received the notification that the boots were delivered to the wrong address and no one lived there. I went to the address and the boots were not there. I tried to file a claim with Route who provides the insurance protection and was told because the wrong address was on the package they could not cover the boots or replace them. I am out of $255.00 who has money to throw away. I will never order from Vince Camuto again. When I realized the address on my credit card picked up the old address I tried to fix the issues. What company in 2024 does not have a way to update an address. Poor service.

A purchase was made without my consent, and I received a notification on my phone. I immediately contacted customer service after the transaction, but they were no help. The order is being shipped to a different address in another state, and they refused to cancel it. They advised me to retrieve the item from the shipping address and then request a refund. Now, I'll need to dispute this with my bank. It seems they use a third-party service called "SHOP," which is why they claim they can't cancel or refund the order right away.

I bought a Vince Camuto women's wallet. The leather is so thin you can see coin shapes through it. Then I foolishly bought a wallet with a crossbody strap. After a half dozen wearings the strap broke.
