I orderd a water slide they said they sent and shows something was delivered to my address and left in my mailbox. This was a water slide 40-50 lps won't be left in mail box. they are a scam

I ordered a pool ladder June 19th 2020 still have not received it they sent me a pack of mask but then said they must of made a mistake said they would resend it ASAP nothing.
Suppose to give me my refund nope still nothing n they quit responding we all need to get together and ban them from shipping to the US total fraud

Yea same experience as everyone else ordered a pool pump and received dust masks after asking and asking still no refund months latter company is a scam wish I had known before could have save me money that family could not afford to loose

I ordered a sand pump in June of 2020
It's now September and still no pump and no refund. The company does answer complaints. Just expect to read emails that are badly wrote and make no sense. I was told 2 weeks ago that I would FINALLY get a refund for NEVER receiving my package, but that it would be minus $15.00 for a processing fee that they could do nothing about. Oh n they tried to tell me that I actually got the package even after post office. UPS, Fed ex n do all said no such tracking number was ever legit. Save yourself a hassle skip this site. N tell your friends to avoid them as well

Ordered two water slides in February never received them. They so-called resent the items and they were lost in shipment. I received a pack of mask instead. And they stopped replying to my emails so I found a number to call and it's only one rude arab guy who says he processed it and when I still didn't receive it yet told me do not F'ing call anymore find another way to get my money back. THEY ARE A SCAM

According to Vincials it was "accepted" in China on 8/24/2020. I sent 4 emails last week asking what service it was left at when it reached the USA so I knew who to contact about delivery. After the 5th emails I got a response "Can you wait two days"? No, I've been waiting since 6/26/2020 for the stairs to be delivered. Now I get notice (or hunted down the notice) that says an "attempt" was made to deliver today. Well someone has been home all day and no one was at my door.

After reading other reviews, I figured out where the masks came from. The ones that everyone is saying "if you received masks from China, do not use them"

Definitely time to follow up with the BBB and the attorneys!

I have been waiting on a Pool Pump for 7 months and I haven’t received anything I told them I want my money back and they said I can have 75% back I told them I wanted 💯 of my money back or I will call the BBB and I will take legal action against them I encourage you to do the same because we have to stop this scam before anymore people get their money taken

I ordered pool stairs in June and also received masks 2 months later. Does anyone know if there is a contact number? Of course they charged my account for the full price of stairs and sent me masks that were a separate price. I will be contacting my lawyer.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered a filter for our pool and waited months for the product. We eventually got a package from them that had masks. And a receipt for 20 dollars. When emailing the company they were apologetic and sent the correct item. Or so I thought. The tracking number is no longer valid and the tracking site is gone. Now they only want to give me a percentage of my money back and in order to get my full refund, they want me to send back the masks and pay to have them sent back. It’s a horrible company to deal with. I feel like it was a set up the whole time. Pay the big money and buy from a local pool place at least you kno what you’re getting

Vincial deserves ZERO stars! I did not get the pool steps I ordered on June 29, 2020. I have tried multiple times to contact them, received only one response. They claimed shipping delays from China due to Covid-19. DO NOT ORDER, THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!

Its the worst place I've ever dealt with...I never got my product I ordered..."pool ladder/steps"I've got nothing but the run around since june 2020..tracking is sketchy at best...the number eventually goes to unknown tracking number...when you try to get a refund its a run around trying to get you to take just 75% of your refund do to "supposedly" parts and labor...only labor I'm aware of is me..trying to track a parcel that was never received...and to try and get my money back....my advice...DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

This deserves a zero rating. This site is a scam. I purchased inflatable water slide June 16,2020. They sent tracking # that ultimately SAYS item was lost in shipping. I requested a refund but seller asked to resend another slide.I agreed to work with them. I was sent another item with tracking #,again it was supposedly lost in shipment. The company agrees item was lost. I asked for refund a second time. The company plays games in their email correspondence stating they will refund 75%. I replied it is not purchasers fault that they don't use reputable postal carriers. They then state they will refund 85%. I REQUEST 100% refund. They state 90% refund and want me to return incorrect item. I told them stop being STUPID as they agreed item was in fact lost in shipment. Good thing I payed with PAY PAL. They are not legit.

I placed my order mid-June and as of September 3, do NOT have it yet. I contacted customer service and received a blanket message that it might take longer because of COVID-over a quarter of a year? I don’t think so. I have asked for a refund without reply from this business. If they had a zero rating, I would have chosen it.

They got me too! I ordered two outdoor units for $57.26 and never received any information regarding the shipping, etc. Items were never received.

Bought a inground pool ladder for 70.00 received a tracking number got masks sent an email saying sorry will send item again tracked all the way to my town then suddenly list in transit sent another email for a refund was told i could get 90% of my money sent another email looking for my refund they said refund had been issued no refund no more replys to my emails would love to get in on a class action law suit against these Chinese loosers President Trump should shut China all the way down

Same issue as everyone else. Did not receive the 3000 GPH pump/sand filter system I ordered in June. They will not respond to my emails. They provided me a tracking number that shows as delivered but I never received the product I ordered. I just got with my credit card company and got them involved to get my money back. I received masks I did not order that I am now guessing came from that company. I saw they were made in China and because I didn't order them they went into the trash right away. I was concerned they may be contaminated with Covid or something harmful.

I ordered a sweep from them for $76.82 and it never came. They are a complete fraud. They sent me a tracking number and everything.

I was victim of this website. They stole 72$ from me. I ordered a ground pool pump filter and the item never arrived. I contacted them to get a refund but i never got my money back.

Ordered was placed on June 22. 2020 for a pool pump. I finally received my order in August and it was face masks.

Contact the merchant via email and was advised that they would resend the merchandise and that was on 08/21/2020 and still no tracking number.

Ordered pool cell and received face masks. dirty Dogs from China
