To be honest, I was afraid to order from this website because it had several not-so-good reviews. But ordering from here has been a great surprise. I found vinyls that were cheaper than on other websites and received my order super fast.

I ordered a CD for my brother in law in February of LAST YEAR and it's only today that it was shipped. In the meantime he as moved to another address. This is absolutely dreadful considering that it took a full year to ship to the, now wrong, address. I will never, ever use your store online again and heartily recommend anyone not to use your company.

I had no problems with Vinyl8, great pricing, the delivery took a little longer than expected, but there was multiple bank holidays and unexpected heavy snow/storms, after some easy contact from support I was updated, so i was not worried, the products came in perfect condition as expected, would recommend despite the other negative reviews, people will leave a negative review but rarely leave a good one.

Impossible to get hold of, no accountability between Vinyl8 and their chosen courier An Post.
Now appear to be a very well fronted scam business, proceed with caution.
No wonder people use Amazon when other online sellers are so amateur.

Ordered a vinyl record, which they showed was in stock on their website,,paid priority postage 1-3 days delivery,,on the 4th day I received a email to say order was cancelled and refund has not yet been processed,,so I have no vinyl and no refund to look for a new one, will never use or recommend them to anyone,,

From the moment the purchase was confirmed, I have not received any further contact from the company after. The supposed customer service email is just to say that they have a service, but they do not respond. The phone number on the website does not have information about online sales. I’m due to doubt that my product will arrive. It is impossible to get answers from this company.

Ordered during the night on 3rd April and received my vinyls today 4th April. I forgot to use the 10% welcome code when purchasing, emailed to query if I could cancel and re-order and they immediately issued a refund for the 10%. Was wary due to reviews on here but I'll be ordering again.

Great selection and I suspect if they have it then no real problems. HOWEVER if there's a problem then no response to e.mails. Looking at other reviews this is a common occurance. Shame but I will not be purchasing from Vinyl 8 anymore. Plenty of other competitors out there.

I ordered 2 vinyls, paid for them and heard nothing. After calling them (which was also a pain as it went through to some other team) I was told I would get an email back. I was then told one of them was out of stock. Fine we agreed that the other one would be sent and I would get refunded for the one out of stock. Emailed back today to check where the second one was and was told they couldn't get that one either and refunded that. Problem is its too close to Christmas to now get anything. AVOID this company as its not responsive or contactable without waiting a week.

Looking for some records for daughter's Xmas gifts. Prices seemed too good to be true. But all good and super fast service. Thanks again Vinyl8. Will be ordering from you again.

Cancelled orders due to insufficient stock during sale, two records on the same order on two separate days. Golden Discs masquerading as an independent record business.

Update: 31st December and 1st January, second order now cancelled. Two records refunded on separate days. Again not enough stock to fulfill orders. So in total 4 records refunded due to insufficient stock on lines that were available on the website.
