Vinyl Tempo had an album I’d been looking for at a great price for a special edition pressing. When my order arrived there was unfortunately (out of their control!) a skip on the record. I reached out and received a prompt response from their very friendly team and a means of returning, and I received my replacement just as quickly.

I ordered a Limited Edition Kissland vinyl pressing, which is quite hard to find in the UK. This was the only retailer I could find offering it.

I paid for the most expensive delivery option (Royal Mail 24hr Tracked), expecting the item to arrive within 5 days. Unfortunately, it arrived 3 days late.

When the product hadn't shipped for the 2nd day, I had not received any updates or communication, so I had to reach out myself. The company responded quickly within the hour, explaining that there was an issue with the stock and they were trying to secure another copy. However, they refused to refund the premium delivery fee, which was disappointing because I paid extra.

When the vinyl finally arrived, it was packaged very well. There was a very small tear on one of the vinyl covers inside, but this was likely not the company’s fault. Despite the delay, I’m glad to have this pressing in my collection.

Amazing! Couldn’t find a specific record stocked ANYWHERE in the UK, not even an independent seller, but Vinyl Tempo had one - obviously that made me a little suspicious, but lo and behold it has arrived and it’s the right one! Speedy delivery too. Thank you!
