Radio silence when the cake was damaged in transit
Things go wrong and so I was disappointed when the cake I ordered for my husbands birthday was damaged in transit, I thought that a call to them would get everything straightened out.
The problem is that when I called the bakery the phone rang out and when emailed the bakery it took 5 days to get an inadequate response via email and since then - absolute radio silence.
The cakes are at a high price point so I genuinely expected that I would have an offer of a new cake or an offer of a full refund. Neither. Don’t order from here if you expect any kind of customer support when things, as they inevitably do, go wrong. They are not interested.
