⚠ €410 confiscated unfairly – despite complying with all rules
I deposited $200 and received a bonus. I asked live chat what I needed to do in order to withdraw. They told me I had to wager a specific amount of my own cash balance before cancelling the bonus and withdrawing.
I followed those instructions exactly. I wagered the required amount using only cash, won money during that gameplay, and then manually cancelled the bonus before making a withdrawal request.
Despite this, they confiscated $410, claiming I used bonus funds — which is false. I never touched the bonus money. The live chat told me what to do, I followed the instructions precisely, and still they voided my winnings.
Their email justification contradicts the instructions they gave. This is misleading, unfair, and feels predatory. I’m escalating this to Casino Guru and public platforms.
