I deposited 500.00 on Saturday.
Straight away my account was disabled.
They said i need to send documents. I sent them straight away. I phoned they said because of weekend it would be sorted Monday. Monday I phoned nothing happened. Yesterday on live chat they said they received them and documents and it iss verified, it will be activated within 48 hours from Monday 1pm. I took screen shot. Today again from live chat, they said they haven’t received it, i need to send the documents again. So I sent them screenshot them saying they received it.
The shameless liar on chat said: No problem you can contact our customer service.
They are basically holding my money illegally. I have a proof that they are lying.
So with all stress and illegally holding my money I’ll take this’s matter to court.
They can’t play like this😡😡😡

It looks good with good promotions but I was banned from all promotions when only £25.00 up and banned from betting at all when £45.00 up. Basically you can only go on the site to lose, even a tiny winner/amount in profit and you are banned! Ludicrous and worst 'betting' website of all time. Don't bother with it unless your planning on being a loser!
Update - I emailed customer support and they provided a general response saying nothing they can do and they are not prepared to give any reason why they banned my account for being a tiny bit in profit. DO NOT USE THIS SITE - A WASTE OF TIME!

Free bet offered equal to stake up to £10, places a £10 bet and only got £1 free bet, I even sent a screenshot of the offer clearly stating equal to stake and the person in virgin chat just lied and said that's not the offer. Tried this casino a few times now, yes you can get the scatter on Bg Bass or other games. I never got anythng more than £4.00 back from a lot of money played.
Everyone is right its a scam company. I know you are a business however none of the bonus games rounds pay anything. you must have setting to pay out minimal and to actually get the scatter or bonus rounds set to 98% loss.
I play on other sites had wins and losses but never as much as on Virgin Bet. AVOID if you dont mind just losing consistantly. You wont get the opportunity to actually feel the fun of gaming here.
