Named for the last night of Christmas festivities, the Twelfth Night Basket is presented in a large Kubu gift basket with a rope-trimmed rim and comes with gold partridge crackers to pull at the table. It's a wide-ranging selection, taking in Azouro's Negrinha Do Douro olives, Cambrook's sweet and spicy nuts, and Myrtle & Olive's tomato and cheese swirls for the savoury start, then moving into Furniss original gingerbread, Grandma Wild's mince pies, and a duo of preserves from Highfield (sticky onion marmalade with jalapeno) and Orchard (strawberry jam). The Carved Angel's sticky toffee pudding and Tenuta Marmorelle's panettone and tiramisu nougat slice cover dessert, while Joypouch's cookie and fudge clusters, Forest Feast's praline crisp hazelnuts, and Tregroes toffee waffles keep the sweet tin well stocked. The Fine Cheese Co.'s spelt sourdough crackers and The Bay Tree's honey and mustard dressing add a savoury finish, and there's a proper drinks selection too: Ripper's Shiraz and Vermentino, Luscombe's elderflower bubbly, and a bottle of Montecampo Prosecco. Very good hamper
I ordered a hamper as a Christmas gift for my family as I wasn't able to be there in person this year. Their reaction was absolutely priceless, they were so happy and sent me a video of them opening it - my grandmother even cried a little! It was beautifully presented and everything was of excellent quality and just as described. I had done my research to find the best hamper and Virginia Hayward did not disappoint.
great selection of enjoyable items!
What is not to like? Even the basket can be reused after Christmas! This is bound to get huge smiles and exclamations of delight!
