Great service from intial contact super fast. We had been refused boarding at Manchester airport so i had to get another visa we used Visa genie I only wish i had used them at the start of my visa as i orginally used India Visas direct and they were not good

Dhara was very helpful patient and responsive to my needs. She's an excellent communicator and I have got the visa I want in exactly the right time window. I have tried getting my own visa using external or online agencies. I will not do it again. But visa genie is excellent and efficient as well as friendly and helpful. I've used them before and I will use them again.

I wasn't sure what to expect arranging the visa for China, especially as I had heard it is a complicated application form to complete. However, Visa Genie, made the process very straightforward and were very comfortable with the information I provided and any further questions or concerns I had. This ensured the visa application was successful on the first attempt.

I am so impressed
I am so impressed! After struggling with antiquated systems which wouldn't allow you to attach your passport or accept photographs- Visa Genie turned my visa around within 2 days. I just had to fill in the questions and provide ID. They did all the work and took all the stress away. Thank you!
