Tom Barltrop and Visalogic have been outstandingly professional and buttoned-up in their handling of my leave to remain application in the UK. Before that they worked with my husband and me on the two previous spouse visas required. The first visa was denied by the Home Office on a technicality during the pandemic lockdown. Tom immediately sent a brilliant letter which was a rhetorical masterpiece and the decision was reversed in 48 hours. Even though I'm a college professor and my husband is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, we found the labyrinth of the UKVI application so confusing that we decided to hire professionals; it's one of the best decisions we ever made. Otherwise we would have looked at me being deported to the US while my husband had to remain in the UK to run his business, separated indefinitely.

We have been using Visalogic since I returned from Singapore to the UK at the end of 2019 with my partner who's an Indonesian national. Megan handled my initial questions - Megan was excellent at responding to me, was professional and gave me the answers/explained the process re visa application.
Kate then was my allocated worker - nothing was too much trouble for Kate: Kate was efficient, explained the process re Spouse Visa Application (in a very straightforward way), was professional, kind, polite, quick at responding to my questions, kept me updated re different stages of the application.
I made enquiries with a few Visa Application companies - and had doubts re their knowledge and ability to care for me and my application….but on engaging with Visa Logic/Megan/Kate I felt I was being offered/was receiving a very personalised service.
I would thoroughly recommend Visa Logic and would advise others requiring visa services to not waste your time with other companies but contact Visa Logic straight away and use their services. Visa Logic’s costs are reasonable and one if the main factors I choose them to represent me was the fact they are based in the UK/speak English (I did consider using a visa company in Thailand which on reflection I believe this would have caused me difficulties re time differences/language etc.)
