The dash cam does not work. No reply from customer service.

The dash cam has never worked properly. 6 months in and they have never replied to my emails, they don't answer the phone and there is no voicemail.
Do they really have 350,000 happy customers? I think it's a scam selling substandard products and then ignoring their customers so there is no way for them to claim a refund.

Another 1 star I'm afraid.
Mounting bracket broke for no obvious reason. Customer service doesn't exist, they don't respond to anything. Find an alternative as you will regret buying their products.

Don’t order even though the reviews on…

Don’t order even though the reviews on their own website are amazing (prob fixed)! States on there next day delivery… no such thing as sold out but you won’t know that until money has gone through and nothing has arrived. Then you will be told stock will arrive in 3 weeks. Customer service not great! Got my refund though… go to Halfords

Avoid Visiark and Blue Ocean Ecom!

Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest that can be awarded. Item not as advertised and customer service is non existent. Refund has been requested and monies will be retrieved via card provider if needed. Trading Standards will also be contacted. Do not waste your time or money. Visiark is a scam and part of Blue Ocean Ecom.

Firstly this company has ZERO Customer Service, they do not respond to emails or web chat; also please note they do not list any phone number, or business address ,only directors home address!
Secondly what they advertise on the web page is NOT what you will get, you will NOT get the correct SD card, the fitting crow bar or any cable clips and they will not respond to you. They will try to pass off poor quality goods as top quality when you can buy better dash cams from TikTok in my opinion!
Thirdly they do not comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as they should pay for any goods to be returned but they insist you pay for the return.
If you do buy from this company PLEASE USE your credit card to pay them directly, do not use Paypal etc as you will NOT have any redress for a Section 75 refund to get your money back which you undoubtably do when you get the goods they supply.
You have been warned, AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Visiark and Blue Ocean Ecom Limited, I found a strong connection between Blue Ocean Ecom Limited and a similar consumer electronics/health brand, Visiark,Vitaltrack. The Vitaltrack website explicitly states:

"VitalTrack is a trading name of Blue Ocean Ecom Limited – registered company number 13498557. Formby Lane, Lancashire, L39 7HG, United Kingdom."

It is highly probable that Visiark is also a trading name operated by Blue Ocean Ecom Limited, as they deal in similar "via Internet" retail sales (SIC code 47910) and offer the same 90-day guarantees and e-commerce model.

Company Name: BLUE OCEAN ECOM LIMITED

Status: Active Private Limited Company.

Incorporation Date: 7 July 2021.

I emailed them twice and I received my refund 3 days after.

Bought this from Visiark website 14th…

Bought this from Visiark website 14th August 25 and arrived promptly. Realised the rear camera would not suit rear window as narrow. Still in sealed box unopened. Contacted them within one week on numerous times via online 24 hour response e mail, nothing. Sent numerous e mails to support e mai and eventually received a reply suggesting I return it. Done so 2 weeks ago tracked postage. Contacted them 5 times and no response. Ive no dashcam and they have my money. Buyer beware of them as their customer service is poor. If they refund me I will update however I think I've been screwed. How can I complain about them. Any ideas?

The item supplied was different.

The item supplied was different to the one advertised. The set up menu was different to that explained in the handbook. The SD card is smaller. The screen size is smaller. I tried to find the manual on their website but the link is broken. Maybe it will work fine, but all these discrepancies are concerning.

Visiark Prime X1 review

I drive a WAV (wheelchair adapted vehicle) and wanted a dash-cam with front rear and cabin recording so I bought a VisiArk Prime X1. My first impression was that I had made a mistake but I have to say it is better than my first impression. My ratings are,
Build quality 4*,
Front and cabin record quality 5* in daylight
Front and cabin record quality 3 to 4* in night light
Rear record quality 3* in daylight
Rear record quality 2* in night light
App on I-phone 3*,
Now for the details. Fitting the dash-cam with cables hidden is not for the faint hearted I would recommend paying a dash-cam fitter to do the work, I’m a retired engineer so fitted it myself but it wasn’t easy and gave me very sore and damaged fingers hiding the cables behind the dash.
I fitted the front camera and tried it before attempting fitting the rear camera. The cam is a little on the flimsy side but adequate for permanent fitment. I was impressed with the recording quality in daylight. Night recoding is fair with no problem seeing vehicles and road conditions but not good enough to read number boards from headlight illumination because the number board reflection is too bright.
When fitting the rear camera take care with the orientation, it needs to be fitted horizontally not vertical so that the camera angle can be tilted to pickup a numberplate within a few meters. The recoding quality is probably 1K or 2K not UHD but good enough to record anybody ramming into the back of you.
The app is problematic, my car has car-play capability which keeps knocking the WiFi out from the dash-cam. The car is fitted with a keyless system and to control the dash-cam with the app is best done with the car keys left in the house so car-play doesn’t work and downloading from the dash-cam is slow and I have not given enough room to easily get the micro-SD card out of the side slot. My dash-cam has a side slot not as shown with the early models.
Finally do I recommend the Visiark Prime X1
If you are looking for a dash-cam to record your driving experience and upload it to youtube on a regular basis I recommend you pay a bit more and buy a more resilient unit with better or more flexible usability.
Alternately if you are looking for a dash-cam to record your travel in case of accident or mishap the Visiark Prime X1 is quite capable for this purpose.

I ordered this dashcam after reading a review from drivereviewhq.com. It arrived as promised the next day but that's where the good news ends. This doesn't fit anywhere in my car and it's cheap and nasty so I filled in the contact page...the one that says 'we respond within 24 hours on a working day' and waited...and waited..and I'm still waiting for a response from that and the contact email after 12 days. So I'm stuck with a useless, cheap dashcam, that's overpriced to start with, from a company that talks the talk but just wants your money.

The model advertised does not match the…

The model advertised does not match the one they send you.It should come with a 64gb sd card.They sent a 32gb card.And the model differs from the manual. I have tried several times to make contact with this Company but they do not answer. Making plans under the consumer act section 75 to get my money back.This Company 's customer care is pathetic.

I ordered the Visiark Prime X1 when it arrived I couldn't understand a few things, then I noticed the sd card wasn't the size that was advertised, I emailed them waited a few days no reply ( still waiting ) On the website you can chat I found so I sent a message this way. Reply was we will get back within 24 hours. That was on the 2.09.2025 (still waiting.)
No one seems want to answer you.
