Don’t fix any issues… ignore your messages and calls. Terrible company

I really didn’t want to have to leave a review saying that I couldn’t recommend this company, particularly as we were genuinely very pleased with our bathroom when it was first completed. Unfortunately, the quality of some of the products used and the aftercare we have received since have completely changed our opinion.

Issues began to arise within the first four months, with further problems developing within the first year. Given how recently the bathroom had been fitted, we reasonably expected the company to come back and address these.

Unfortunately, getting any meaningful response has been extremely difficult. We have contacted the company on numerous occasions, but messages have either gone unanswered or the issues have simply not been resolved.

The problems that have developed in such a short period of time have also left us questioning the quality of some of the products and materials used. For the amount of money you pay for a new bathroom, you expect the products fitted to be of a reasonable quality and to last considerably longer than a matter of months before issues start appearing.

This is particularly disappointing because our experience during the actual installation was, on the whole, very good. Problems can happen with any installation, but for me the real measure of a company is how they respond when something does go wrong.

Sadly, based on our experience, I couldn’t recommend using this company. The poor aftercare and the issues we have experienced with the quality of some of the products have really let down what was initially a very positive experience. Had the company simply responded and dealt with the problems that arose within the first year, this could have been a very different review.

Avoid this company , the toilet has made a loud noise since they fitted it and they won’t come back and fix it . They just ignore my messages and calls . I’m not even happy with the finish . The grouting is awful and the hand shower they fitted has broken already and it was only fitted in July . We’re having to get a plumber in to fix it . They haven’t even left access to toilet . Just boxed it all in . Save your money and go with somebody else .

So I would have put a good review on because the actual install and work done was good, however less than a year later, we had a faulty cartridge in the shower controls so we can’t control the heating. I’ve messaged the company multiple times since July. Initially they said they would send a new one out but I’ve been ignored since then with no communication. Very poor.

Terrible company. DO NOT USE. We had problems from the beginning first there was a leak under the downstairs closet in the sink. Then we had a major leak in the en suite which came into the lounge.
We tried calling and email them but never once did they get back to us.
We ended up getting another plumber in to rectify all these problems with more cost to us.
Material are cheap and nasty.

So disappointed!! Bathroom completely leaked through into my living room because they didn't finish the waste pipe properly. Tried to get in touch with them to at least correct the damage,only to be ignored EVEN AFTER THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIX THE DAMAGE. The Bathroom looks more than a year old. Fittings are wobbly and seal coming away. I've had to get a plummer in to fix their work and had additional cost to fill the hole in the ceiling coursed by the leak. It's been a nightmare. You definitely get what you pay for ! Didnt want to post this but WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
