I had a very positive experience dealing with the car accident claims team. From the moment I reported the incident, everything was handled quickly and professionally. The staff were clear in their communication, kept me updated throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

The claims process itself was smooth and efficient, with minimal hassle on my part. All the steps were explained clearly, and any questions I had were answered promptly.

I was also provided with a courtesy car, which was a huge help while my vehicle was total loss. The car was clean, reliable, and arranged without delay, allowing me to carry on with my daily routine without disruption. Best thing was they let you keep the hire vehicle for another 5 working days after payout.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing support after an accident

We call the insurance company who put us on to vision vehicle solution. Adam, was so paient with us to send over our Documents that were needed.
With in the half a day all was sorted, hire car swopped for mine battered one by early the next day. They were quick & helpful from the start. Let hope thiscontines until I get my car back. Everybody all along were just si helpful.

scam merchants. Charging me for a hire that my insurance company did .......and wont listen to my answers, working in cahoots with Autonet to rip people off, still haven't got any of my equipment back from my car, withholding money from my written off car till I sent the V5, holding cars to ransom till they get money...hard to believe that there people that work for these companies that sleep at night ripping people off

Used Vision following a no fault accident. Process was straight forward and communications were clear. Stuart the delivery driver arrived on time and was very friendly, did the drop off and pickup quickly and professionally

WARNING: They are professional scammers. They posed as my insurance company, took my car off me, forced me to accept a hire vehicle which I did not need.

They kept my vehicle for 4 months and would not return it unless I made a claim on my insurance. This resulted in my car being written off and my annual insurance policy doubling in price.

AVOID THIS COMPANY: They tried to charge me £5000 for storing my car and hiring out a replacement vehicle. They did this by deliberately holding my car and not returning it.

ACTION FRAUD: I have reported them to the police and have a crime reference number with individual names given.

INSURANCE OMBUDSMAN: I have lodged a formal complaint to the Financial Conduct Authority of their criminal behaviour and they have the company on file now.

In difficult circumstances away from home. Vision worked around detailed issues and made sure we received a replacement car. This was delivered on time and the new replacement car was explained for us. We received the car in a very trying time and Vision are on the case.

Its not the vehicel I'm used to, but it was delivered to my door and in good condission.

Lovely guy Chris dropped off our hire car and collected our damaged vehicle. From the outset Vision have been really supportive and patient (boomer downloading documents needed help), the accident was such a trauma but they have made the aftermath bearable.
