Very disappointed with Vitamin Planet. Order place 2 weeks ago, items still haven't been sent.
Customer service is non-existent, no reply to any of the e-mails sent and the phone line just says no-one available to take the call, leave details & we'll call you back ......they don't.
I have requested a refund, but still no response.
Would not recommend this company.

I bought two masks and payed the delivery cost on 22-Apr, but I did not receive the parcel till 10-May, even didn’t receive any notification from the delivery company. I send many emails to the seller for help and request refund it if the parcel was lost, but still not get any help and feedback, they should be responsible to their customers. This is my first bad experience online purchase, I think I will not buy anything from Vitamin Planet.

ordered 4 weeks ago and have not yet received the goods.
wrote to them but was just told that I should have patience and wait patiently - it should probably show up sometime !!!
Do not order anything here that is less than 50% chance of receiving something or has to wait an incredibly long time for your goods.

My product has not arrived.
After posting this I received a refund the very next day. Disappointed that I haven't had the product but happy not to have gone out of pocket.

This order has not yet arrived over 3 weeks from despatch so can't comment on it

This supplier has very bad customer service - really not worth it.

They would wrongly advertise their products and send your promotional code that will never work. When you are trying to contact the customer service to ask them send a new code, they will just ingnore you.

The worst customer sewrvice I have ever seen.

Beside, really they have changed the reward scheme then all my reward points has just gone (grounded to zero) without me being noticed at all-though finally resolved but had to ask them to do the right thing.

Stay away from Vitamin Planet unless they can invest more in the customer service. I feel sorry for “the only one person customer care team”.

Haven’t received items and no reply from requests

Items not in stock, but received an email confirming the dispatch. Apologies and refund (fast and hassle free) only after I started asking where the order is, which was over a week later.

Have the product on sale price . And received them quickly. Recommend to shop on this website

I have been very happy with my buying experience through Vitamin Planet and am sad to say that I probably won't be buying from you again. Unfortunately I live in Europe and I have found out through bitter experience that I have to pay at least an extra 30 euros for any vitamins I buy in the U.K. I am a pensioner and cannot afford these extra charges and tariffs. I imagine you have quite a few English speaking customers in Europe who are hoping that sometime in the future you are able to set up a warehouse in Europe to help negate these extra monies.

Awful! Black Friday I ordered some masks, a few days later, they cancelled my order, said the price was a mistake. I just missed all the other black Friday deals because of their mistakes!
I would never buy anything from this company!
