This bit of magic has been an extremely beneficial tool in the marketing of my services as a voice actor. It's easy today to find the current names of C-Suite and key influencers at our targeted companies on the internet. Then, with Voila Norbert, we just plug in their names and the company url, and voila, you have an email with a defined % of accuracy. Much higher levels of success and a much cleaner CRM database than broad-stroke attempts I've experienced with other solutions.

I like Norbert. It's a good product, priced well, accurate and easy to use.

joke! literally a joke! their warmup service destroys your emails! it's better not to use that junk anyway! the developer has been notified from many people already that the practices for warming up the emails are very old school and do not work but it looks like he doesnt give a damn! for example, something as simple that a 12 year old can understand is that leaving a footer "Sent From Email Warmup Platform" is pretty easy to trigger spam and ruin your email account's reputation, but this guy just doesnt get it!!! let's see if he will wake up this time, put his "I know it all" ego aside, and actually remove the footer this time! I bet you he won't even bother.

It's very easy to verify emails of decision-makers with Norbert. It also gives you much better output than other software I've used, finding founders almost every time. What I like most though, they don't charge you per month, but based on the amount of credits you need. Highly recommend them even as a backup.

VoilàNorbert is efficient, not a 100% but very efficient seeking for professional emails. Which we need most in our company. And facing a bug, their team was very good at fixing it (finally my fault) and friendly.

The system works well with an intuitive interface. There a ton of features, and I have found it easier to find leads and contacts than some of their competitors. And the customer service has been fantastic. I recently cancelled a subscription with one of their more well known cold email competitors to switch to Voilanorbert.

I have been a user of Voila Norbert for a few years and it has been seamless and effective. I get every campaign set up and running easily and measure my results clearly. With my latest campaign, I am getting customers and I am thrilled! The customer service response is quick and very helpful. It’s been a win win to use Voila Norbert.

I'm a fan of Norbert. I appreciate Norbert's humor, on top of an already great set of lead prospecting tools. They have easy-to-read documentation, solid API uptime, and it's reliable and you can use it as you expect to use it. I think their billing flow can improve between changing plans (up/downgrading, seeing current plan, changing it, etc.). My team also really likes Norbert!

Also their customer support is quite responsive when you have questions!

I used Voila Norbert for 6 months, but I encountered a bug in their API, and I ended up being charged way more than I should have been charged. They did not want to refund me, not cool.

Not a good customer service. The app doesn't make any sense and was hard to use it. I asked them to remove my account, and send them 2 emails and after 4 days still no response. Don't waste your time and energy on thier app.
