Excellent experience at Birmingham VWFS. The whole process was seamless thanks to Jacob. He was professional, friendly, and went out of his way to make the rental process smooth and hassle-free. May I thank Mr Jacob, a Young, good customer service with respect because I rented a Passat but on the way to London I saw a little DOT on windscreen. When I take the car , I haven't seen and Mr Jaccob found that this was before.. Thanks again

The overall experience was very good and nice, booking was smooth and quick and to prolong the rental only it took was a phone call. Jacob helped me a lot in terms of questions and throughout the whole procedure, he made things easy and he was very cordial and professional, would definitely recommend.
