There was no hard sell - just a very friendly, professional service. I will definitely hire from here again. The car? A Skoda Kamiq SUV 5 Door Auto - a really nice car to drive.

We needed to make a trip to Warwickshire and as my car is electric I didn’t want to risk the potential difficulties that I had heard about charging in the southern parts of the country. We hit upon VWFS through a google search and discovered the prices undercut all of the alternatives by some margin. It was very easy to arrange the rental and as the company considers a day to be a 24 hour period, rather than a calendar date as other companies do, we were able to collect the vehicle at 9-30 on Wednesday morning and return it at 9-30 on Saturday morning as a three day rental! Fantastic.
The car was a Skoda Octavia plugin hybrid and was perfect for a long motorway trip, large enough for our needs, comfortable, quiet, fast enough and very economical averaging almost 70 mpg over the rental period.
Hand over on our return was also straightforward with the deposit quickly returned to my bank account.
If I’m ever in a similar position again I will definitely use VWFS. Thanks again.
