Fantastic Service
Emma made the whole experience easy and effortless. I had to keep extending my hire period and a quick phone call to Emma and everything was sorted, no fuss or bother. I cannot recommend Emma and VWFS Rent a car Stoke enough, if I ever need to hire a car again I will definitely be coming back and recommending to everyone I know.

Great Service Highly Recommended
I have been hiring cars from VW Stoke for a long time and i never had any issue at all. Great quick service, cars always spot on, reasonable price and reliable. Emma is brilliant and go extra mile to offer excellent service as always . Highly recommended.

This has been my second rental with VW…
This has been my second rental with VW and again it has been great. Emma is always very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be hiring from them again. My only feedback is the holding deposit is quite high, it would be better if it was lowered.

Hire of Polo for weekend
Excellent service! Hassle free, great price, delivered and collected to/from home, which is brilliant, lovely 23 plate Polo, great drive, highly recommend and would 100% deffo use this company again, Gemma was professional, friendly, nothing was too much trouble, thank you vm : ) excellent!

Always clean cars
Always clean cars. This time I had opted for auto golf, although not a fan of auto, but its all they had left, except a SUV Taigo? I didn't fancy paying out for extra car when just me using it. As it turned out the Golf auto had issues, someone been smoking in it, so I had a 10% discount and the Taigo SUV. Which to be honest, is a cracking vehicle

Rented a car for 13 days
Rented a car for 13 days. Best value car in the area after comparisons to other car rentals. Great customer service, Emma was very helpful. The car was everything we needed it to be. I look forward to renting either them again.
