Both the box and the ear rings are of very poor quality. Neither the quality of ear rings are better nor the box in which the ear rings are kept. Pathetic experience I have ever had till my online journey. I told to keep a note with gift when I got a call from their side. They assured me to add the note in it but when it was received neither the note in that nor the box was closing.. I am very dissatisfied with your quality and words.. will never suggest anyone to buy the product from yours online site. I mentioned on WhatsApp number too.

If I could give no stars I would. Clothes were horrific and when asked to be refunded was told they would refund 50% and I would not have to ship back as the shipping cost was outrageous to China. That was in late 2019...countless emails back and forth promising refund and hey guess what...STILL NO REFUND. Total scam company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Do not buy from Vybees. Three months later I have still not received the boots I ordered and they will not reply to emails. They were quick enough to respond through the PayPal resolution centre though. I was assured my boots would be sent on. I took this in good faith and did not proceed so my dispute was closed. Absolute con artists.

Ordered a jumpsuit and paid $35.00. Six weeks later and my order still hasn’t arrived.. Fraud!!

I'll m waiting for my order already 2 month.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE CONSTANTLY EMAILED THEM REGARDING A REFUND BUT NOTHING 😡 GOT PROOF OF TRACKING TOO. THE 2 DRESSES I ORDERED WERE TERRIBLE QUALITY NOTHING LIKE THE PICS. ANYBODY GOT ANY ADVICE AS I AM £54 POUND OUT OF POCKET 😳😠

This place is a scam !!! Do not buy from them!!!! An advert appeared on my instagram and I order a dress on August 19th - still have not received it but obviously my money is gone.

Ordered jewellery via an ad on Instagram assuming Insta would only allow good companies to advertise with them. Prices in pounds and a fair refund policy offered. Items were cheap quality, and not as in the photos at all. Now discovered they are based in China, and begins the problems over returning. I either have to pay £25 to track a parcel to China, BEFORE they will decide if I get a refund, for 2 items which I spent £28 on. Alternative offered is a Voucher to spend on something else from the web site. I'll update my Review if I get a good outcome. Beware ordering, unless you're prepared to pay a lot of money on return to China!!!!
