Unable to use the gadget for holding…
Unable to use the gadget for holding stick in a folder position. The plastic holder is impossible to use as it will not go over the rubber ring on the foot.

From our previous correspondence, we understand that the strap came away as a result of the impact when you tripped. While the strap is designed to provide support during normal use, it isn’t intended to withstand the force of a fall.
